Pros
This has become a dependable tool I use every single day. The platform is clear, logical and includes everything I need to do my job effectively. I also really appreciate how responsive and helpful their team is whenever any potential issue comes up, they handle things quickly and with a great attitude :)
Cons
At this point I don't really have anything to complain about or any reservations regarding the software.

“reliable integrations and support”
Pros
After getting familiar with the system it becomes simple to work with. The integration options connect well with other tools and platforms which helps boost productivity and keeps recruitment tasks more centralized. Customer support is also excellent both in how quickly they respond and in the quality of their assistance.
Cons
There are times when the platform feels slow or a bit laggy which can affect the overall experience. It also has some bugs now and then.

“well structured recruiting pipeline”
Pros
Managing our company's hiring pipeline is fairly easy and the recruiting history for each candidate is organized in a clear, well structured way. Candidate profiles are presented nicely, GDPR handling is built in and sharing profiles and candidate details with colleagues across the company is simple which increases the chances of matching the right person to the right role. It also works well as a communication tool with clients and for presenting candidates for their job openings.
Cons
Occasionally applying its updates in real time can be a bit more challenging.
