“well structured recruiting pipeline”
Pros
Managing our company's hiring pipeline is fairly easy and the recruiting history for each candidate is organized in a clear, well structured way. Candidate profiles are presented nicely, GDPR handling is built in and sharing profiles and candidate details with colleagues across the company is simple which increases the chances of matching the right person to the right role. It also works well as a communication tool with clients and for presenting candidates for their job openings.
