“Pretty user friendly and excellent reporting

It is pretty user friendly and is very easy to use. The reporting suite is excellent too and delivers highly informative insights and I also love that the customizable dashboard lets me arrange things exactly the way I want.

Cons

There is nothing about the system that I dislike.

Pros

RecruitCrm is customized specifically for the recruitment sector. The interface is easy to navigate and I can add extensions to improve service delivery, streamline communication and boost overall productivity.

Cons

Personally, I don't face any major issues. It does get slow on occasion but that kind of occasional slowness is something I have noticed with virtually all similar systems.

Pros

We've received the best customer support as the Rep always available and consistently goes the extra mile to help us.

Cons

It is annoying that dates can only be entered by picking them from the calendar. I mean it would be much more convenient if I could type the correct date using my keyboard. I have also noticed several Dutch translations are incorrect.

“Allows simple and quick CV uploading

Pros

Uploading and capturing candidates CVs and details is so easy and quick. I also really appreciate that the software automatically pulls and records the information from their curriculum vitae for me.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I was unhappy with as it is simple to learn and to navigate and in my experience it's very user-friendly.

Pros

It is pretty easy to use and I think it offers excellent value for the money. Overall everything is well-organized which keeps workflows efficient and the customer support and Care team are outstanding.

Cons

i noticed it could use more customization options and the AI features don't look particularly sharp.
