Excellent and highly customizable system

Pros

Recruit CRM is an excellent system that delivers value from every angle. I can easily customize every field and feature to manage candidates and open positions exactly the way our processes require. The range of customization is genuinely impressive and has allowed us to tailor the platform to our needs. The user interface is also very user friendly and whenever questions pop up the support team is quick to respond, helpful and professional. The analytics module stands out too as I am able to build nearly any report I want in a simple and efficient fashion. Lastly it saves us time and money, is easy to use and is priced reasonably. I highly recommend it for independent headhunters as well as recruitment agencies.

Cons

One issue I have is that the permissions setup is only offered on the higher-tier subscription plan. I also wish there were an annual option that doesn't force me to increase my credit card limit. As I feel like a yearly subscription paid in monthly installments would be much more practical and would make upgrading to a higher-tier annual plan easier for us. Another limitation is that the system doesn't allow switching text direction from right to left when composing in Hebrew which is a problem for users who need RTL language support.

Clearly mapped system

Pros

Using this tool is not a problem for me. The roadmap customized for recruiters is clearly mapped out and thoughtfully designed. Also I feel secure because it receives frequent updates and the customer service is always within reach. Overall I genuinely enjoy the look and feel of the platform. It has made my life easier in practical ways and I really can't find anything to complain about.

Cons

Honestly I dont have any specific issues to point out, it's been an excellent tool for our team and I wholeheartedly recommend using it to others.

Powerful sourcing !

Pros

As someone working with search and staffing firms, I really like the powerful sourcing search tools and thanks to it I find it pretty easy to move candidates through each step of the hiring process.

Cons

One thing I wish for is that it would be great if the Careers page offered more template choices and design flexibility because integrating the branding with my website feels pretty limited right now.
