Excellent and highly customizable system

Pros

Recruit CRM is an excellent system that delivers value from every angle. I can easily customize every field and feature to manage candidates and open positions exactly the way our processes require. The range of customization is genuinely impressive and has allowed us to tailor the platform to our needs. The user interface is also very user friendly and whenever questions pop up the support team is quick to respond, helpful and professional. The analytics module stands out too as I am able to build nearly any report I want in a simple and efficient fashion. Lastly it saves us time and money, is easy to use and is priced reasonably. I highly recommend it for independent headhunters as well as recruitment agencies.

Cons

One issue I have is that the permissions setup is only offered on the higher-tier subscription plan. I also wish there were an annual option that doesn't force me to increase my credit card limit. As I feel like a yearly subscription paid in monthly installments would be much more practical and would make upgrading to a higher-tier annual plan easier for us. Another limitation is that the system doesn't allow switching text direction from right to left when composing in Hebrew which is a problem for users who need RTL language support.

best value for the price

Pros

It delivered genuine value for the price and the user access portal looked and felt excellent, which really made team collaboration much smoother and more effective.

Cons

Support is not the best as I could tell they were overwhelmed, although they did help in the end but I faced a few delays.

Truly excellent and highly customizable

Pros

The tech support is truly excellent. Also the tool is highly customizable and easy to navigate and it adapts well to different needs. Plus the AI features are pretty fascinating. When I post a job opening, it recommends top candidates from the database and after linking to LinkedIn, it can pull suggestions from outside the system too.

Cons

While the AI features are impressive in suggesting candidates, their accuracy in resume parsing and feedback still needs refinement and geographic search fields can be unreliable. Also the system is handy for keeping track of a hiring pipeline but it is not great when I need to run advanced searches across the database. Such as geographic location fields in particular can be inconsistent.

Exceptionally well-designed platform

Pros

Recruit CRM is an exceptionally well-designed platform that still has plenty of potential to expand. Its record-management features are smooth too and very easy to use. Plus the API, in my experience is thoughtfully designed and is easy to work with. Building our external application integrations with it has genuinely been a joy.

Cons

I get frustrated with their credit model at times. Personally I'd rather see optional service tiers that bundle the essential internal tools instead of forcing every feature behind credit purchases. Occasionally, it seems like any action you need is only a handful more credits away, which can be annoying when you're trying to get work done.

has a clean user interface!

Pros

What I really like about it is how welcoming it is to newcomers. As the interface stays clean and user-friendly, making navigation simple even if you are completely new. I also found the walkthroughs and the support team extremely useful while I was learning to operate each of the tools.

Cons

There was not anything particularly negative about it. At first it felt somewhat awkward to work with but after I became familiar with its setup, I found it much easier to manage and organize everything.

Powerful sourcing !

Pros

As someone working with search and staffing firms, I really like the powerful sourcing search tools and thanks to it I find it pretty easy to move candidates through each step of the hiring process.

Cons

One thing I wish for is that it would be great if the Careers page offered more template choices and design flexibility because integrating the branding with my website feels pretty limited right now.

Clearly mapped system

Pros

Using this tool is not a problem for me. The roadmap customized for recruiters is clearly mapped out and thoughtfully designed. Also I feel secure because it receives frequent updates and the customer service is always within reach. Overall I genuinely enjoy the look and feel of the platform. It has made my life easier in practical ways and I really can't find anything to complain about.

Cons

Honestly I dont have any specific issues to point out, it's been an excellent tool for our team and I wholeheartedly recommend using it to others.

Really impressed :)))

Pros

I am really impressed with how user-friendly it is and I can customize it exactly the way I need. And whenever I imagine another add-on I'd like, they have either already got it available or are actively developing it for users!

Cons

Compared to other CRM platforms I have used, I can't think of any drawbacks.

we depend on it every single day!

Pros

At RadiologyJobs.com, we've come to depend on Recruit CRM every single day and now it's become part of our routine. The interface is surprisingly clean and user-friendly, so our team gets around it without a problem. Also the feature set has been incredibly helpful for keeping tasks and workflows orderly and whenever we've reached out the customer service and support have been top-notch.

Cons

The platform can feel somewhat restrictive unless you invest in customizations and several of those extras for example, creating KPI dashboards or adding bespoke custom fields come with extra charges. Though it is not a complete dealbreaker for me but it does mean I have to budget more if I want functionality beyond the basics.

very well thought-out!!

Pros

It is very well thought-out and user friendly. I also like how easy it is to navigate. The support team responds quickly too and resolves issues right away. Plus new features arrive regularly and the candidate search interface is easy to use too.

Cons

The AI and data-enrichment features still need work because I have seen incorrect results at times. While the AI sourcing is impressive overall, I have also experienced occasional inaccuracies, which is not surprising given the current limits of AI technology.

User-friendly

Pros

The software is user friendly and easy to navigate and I like that there are multiple ways to search which makes finding candidates quicker and less frustrating. Our dedicated account agent is also very available to help, customer support responds very quickly and when I raise an issue it is usually resolved really fast. Setting up the different fields was also not a issue and didn't take long to implement.

Cons

While the multiple search options are helpful, the boolean search logic is frustrating because it assumes full profiles and the lack of Calendly integration creates extra work. Also we cannot connect our Calendly calendars to the RecruitCRM calendar, which creates extra manual work and is a real inconvenience for scheduling.

simple CRM

Pros

One thing I really like about it is that it's both a simple, easy to use CRM and backed by customer service that genuinely impresses me. As their support team follows through on what they promise every time. To be honest I have not come across another company that replies so fast and consistently. Whenever I raise a question or need help, I typically hear back in literally one or two minutes. Plus we are assigned a dedicated account manager who's always very responsive and helpful which only enhances the overall experience for me.

Cons

As for what I liked least, the appearance and some interface elements felt off in places. And occasionally the way you navigate through features was not very easy and the overall user experience seemed a little strange to me. But even so it has not stood still I've noticed continuous improvements and over time things have already started to feel better.

Clean interface and customizable workflows

Pros

I rely on it because its clean interface and customizable workflows make managing candidate pipelines and client communications pretty simple and easy to use. Also the platform's built-in automation and team collaboration tools help speed up and simplify recruitment tasks for our team.

Cons

it offers helpful customizable workflows for general use but it can fall short when adapting to highly specific or niche recruitment processes.

Simple & user-friendly

Pros

What I love most is how simple and user-friendly it is to operate. The layout looks tidy too and my team and I caught on quickly without much training. Customer support also stands out as one of my favorite aspects as they are extremely fast to reply and always ready to assist. I also like how the platform offers adaptability when configuring pipelines and generating reports, which fits our needs well.

Cons

I do think one feature that's lacking is a built-in assessment tool as having that directly in the platform would streamline our processes considerably and remove extra steps. Additionally the workflow automation options tend to be on the pricier side, especially when you stack them up against competitors such as NH8, so cost-conscious teams might find that area a little steep.

efficient and saves us time

Pros

Using it is not a problem and it really organises how I handle recruiting, making the whole process feel a lot smoother. Getting it up and running was easy too and the team gave excellent support, guiding me through each step. Plus its automation tools free up a huge amount of time for me.

Cons

One thing I'd love to see is an in-app calling option that works in India because right now that's missing and it would boost the product's value significantly. I am hoping the team adds this feature soon.

great for linkedin integration and auto-capture

Pros

My fav thing about it is that the job listing can be directly linked to my LinkedIn which pulls candidates in to apply and then automatically captures and stores their information in the database.

Cons

An easier way to access the API so I can link job postings directly to our website would be great. I also need a simple option to remove outdated job listings from the system.

simple to use

Pros

Recruit CRM is remarkably user-friendly and simple to use. The interface is clean and direct too making it easy to navigate whether I'm adding candidates, handling job orders or communicating with clients. Plus it has all the tools I need for efficient recruiting without feeling confused. Their customer support is outstanding too as they are quick, knowledgeable and always willing to help with questions or custom tweaks.

Cons

There is very little I don't like but if pressed to name one downside, it's that the initial setup of workflows has a noticeable learning curve. At the start I had to spend extra time figuring out the best way to structure things. I'd also love to have a more powerful search feature, something along the lines of Loxo, where you can not only view candidates linked profiles but also access their contact details directly so reaching out is easier.

Loaded with powerful features

Pros

After a short learning curve, I have come to really love this tool. It is loaded with powerful features and makes maintaining a clean pipeline surprisingly simple. It also streamlines the paper-screening workflow, making that part much easier.

Cons

I will be honest! It wasn't very simple to use in the start and our whole team needed quite a bit of time to really get comfortable with it. Also the way hiring stages work can be annoying. As even after choosing the stages for a given role, we still end up wading through all of our previous stages which feels like a mess. And it is a little untidy overall. On top of that we never managed to connect our Indeed account, despite trying numerous approaches.

amazing interface and excellent dashboards

Pros

As a recruiter, I must say the interface is user friendly and the dashboards are excellent. Overall they make it simple for recruiters and account managers to view real-time metrics at a glance.

Cons

Overall, things are working well for me at the moment, but I did run into one quirk: whenever I change my email password it disconnects my inbox, so I have to remember to resync my email each time the password changes.

very reasonable price

Pros

I've been pleasantly surprised by how much functionality comes at a reasonable price. I also like the monthly rolling contract as it is a refreshing change from the typical 12 month commitment. Since I started using it, development has been active, with new features arriving regularly. They clearly focus on continuous improvement which is essential in the AI era. Customer support is excellent too, as the quick responses and an account manager are always ready to hop on a call. It's becoming a one-stop solution, reducing the need for a big tech stack by covering multichannel outreach, LinkedIn integrations, phone calling, data enrichment and more.

Cons

the main area I would change is the Deals section. I don't consider something a deal until it's closed, so the label feels misleading. Also there is no way to separate contract roles from permanent placements in that section and I report on them separately. Because of these limitations, I barely use this part of the product and still track opportunities in a spreadsheet.
