it's the most user-friendly platform and the support team has been incredibly helpful.

Cons

Honestly I can't find any downsides it's excellent and I actually prefer it to Salesforce.

“incredibly easy interface!

Pros

Using it, I find the interface incredibly easy to use and applicant tracking works great. Being able to drag candidates through the interview process while updating each person's record is fantastic. I also like that I can import candidate info directly from LinkedIn.

Cons

the reporting tools especially custom fields and generated reports, could benefit from more updates and enhancements.

Pros

It's great that so many of my daily, repetitive tasks can be automated easily with it.

Cons

I wish there were options to pin tabs so I didn't have to keep using the back button.

the app is very simple to use and the development team responds quickly whenever I ask questions or suggest new features.

Cons

the Chrome extension doesn't consistently transfer every piece of information from a LinkedIn profile into the app.

“smooth and practical interface

Pros

I like how amazing the interface is... with simple controls and a bunch of practical features. Switching between list, Kanban and grid views is so smooth and I often use the powerful search tools along with the built-in email sequencing, candidate tracking through recipes and other comparable functions.

Cons

Although it can slow at times due to being cloud-based, that's a very small annoyance and in my experience it's tied to our WiFi rather than RecruiterFlow itself. I will say this occurs very, very infrequently so overall I'm very satisfied.

As a recruiter I am very impressed with this tool as an ATS for our team, it's simple to use and very user-friendly.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any major complaints , it's not flawless but everything they offer at the moment works well for me.
