“A massive leap forward
Pros
At my company we've used Bullhorn and JobDiva and its like a massive leap forward compared to both. The interface and overall user experience are outstanding and interactive. There are loads of automations and AI-driven tools that make workflows smoother. Reporting works well straight away and can also be exported or connected through an API to PowerBI. What truly differentiates it from other ATS platforms is the polished UI, the simplicity of use and the AI capabilities, it genuinely stands out above the rest.
Cons
After a year of use I still have not found a real downside. Honestly I couldn't be more satisfied. When I've proposed updates or new features they've actually been added which speaks volumes. Working with it is like collaborating with a genuine partner rather than just a vendor.

“Outstanding support and a handy tool
Pros
I'm genuinely impressed by the support team as they�re responsive, knowledgeable and truly helpful whenever I need assistance. The platform itself is excellent and incredibly handy in my daily work particularly because it's highly customizable and adapts smoothly to different team workflows. It feels like a tool that was built to fit how we operate not the other way around.
Cons
One drawback I've noticed is that everyone is spread out geographically so I won't really have a chance to meet any team members face-to-face. Honestly I can't think of any real issues with the platform itself, if it doesn't align with your workflow, I think that's on you for not spending the time to learn how to tailor it to your needs. It's so simple that even a kid could pick it up and use it well after very little training.

“online resources are helpful
Pros
Learning it did take me a few weeks to really get the hang of but once I got comfortable with its features I was able to explore and figure out many advanced things on my own. I've also found there are lots of helpful online resources like tutorials, forums, guides that made the learning curve feel supported and manageable. It rewards the time you put into it.
Cons
Honestly my biggest frustration is not Recruiterflow itself. I am the one who struggles with picking up a new CRM and understanding all its features. It becomes especially tough for me when I'm used to different platforms and don't feel as technically skilled as other users.

“Productive right from day one
Pros
It was simple to pick up so I was productive right away on day one. I really appreciate how the platform is organized and how simple it is to tweak workflows slightly to suit our company. My partner and I always have clear visibility into candidate statuses which makes it easy for us to step in and cover for one another whenever necessary.
Cons
It would be great if we could tap into external databases for resume mining although I am glad we're steadily growing our own talent database.

“checks every box for our team
Pros
As a technical agency recruitment team we find Recruiterflow checks every box. We need first-rate tools for searching our candidate database and have tested many rival platforms without uncovering a better solution. RecruiterFlow turns out to be the one and we're genuinely very impressed with how well it performs.
Cons
It is difficult to identify genuine drawbacks aside from possibly fewer integrations since it's not as widely recognized right now. I fully expect that will shift over time because in my view this product is markedly better than many of the more famous alternatives (and no I'm not receiving any compensation to say that!).

“Good but requests get ignored
Pros
I'm satisfied with the overall UX, the job pipeline view makes it simple for our recruiters to monitor each role and every related activity.
Cons
We've had several simple bugs and feature requests that were completely ignored and that's directly hindered our team's ability to perform.

“super simple after the first hurdle
Pros
I've got access to tons of automations and importing data into the platform is super simple which dramatically reduced the time I spend compiling lead lists.
Cons
At first it was tricky to get the automations set up but once I figured them out everything became amazing. I really appreciate how much I can customize workflows to fit my business perfectly.

“Plugs right into our workflow
Pros
it plugs right into our workflows and is very easy to pick up. I also find the product team extremely quick to respond whenever I raise issues, ask questions or request new features.
Cons
i don't have any drawbacks to mention. Whenever we run into a problem the team quickly comes up with a fix or workaround and they resolve things in a very short timeframe.

“awsome support and simple setup
Pros
Love their customer support , they get back to me within about five minutes whenever I have an issue. The ATS feels flexible yet simple and I find the interface tidy and responsive. Also, the email automation is simple to set up and reliably does what I need for outreach.
Cons
The CRM works okay for basic use but I don't find the deals area particularly useful , it rarely adds meaningful value for me. I'd love to see a dedicated outbound business development flow that links email, phone, LinkedIn and text, logs calls automatically and keeps outreach notes current and easy to follow.

“Simple, interactive, well supported
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about it is how simple and interactive it is to use. Whenever I run into an issue and reach out for support their live chat is phenomenal , they reply fast and consistently go the extra mile to make sure I walk away with clear answers and a solution.
Cons
I have not faced any problems or issues with it so far everything has been working smoothly for me.

Pros
Customer support has been extremely helpful and I felt they were really receptive to our feedback and requests for new features.
Cons
Even though the product is incredibly flexible and can cover most use cases we found that a few very specific capabilities we relied on still are not adaptable. For context our company follows a rather unusual recruiting process which makes these gaps more noticeable to me.

Pros
I find it clean, simple and easy to use . The layout is visually soothing and really enjoyable to view.
Cons
If I had one criticism it's that the custom fields need work , basic items like a candidate's salary must be created as a custom field and the current job title is the same. That feels very incomplete. To me the essentials are candidate name, location, salary, industry, specialism, core skills and current job title. Also searching is limited I expect a very simple way to search candidates to build shortlists for roles, including the ability to filter by salary range.

automation features are amazing, they're simple to use and the customizable workflows help eliminate repetitive tasks. I also find the LinkedIn parsing tool shaves off a significant amount of time.
Cons
i'd like to see additional training videos and a clearer, more structured onboarding program to help new users get up to speed faster.

It keeps all of our applicants organized through a clear recruiting pipeline. Beyond saving candidate profiles, we've set up automated email and text workflows. It lets us build multi-touch campaigns and customization recipes for outreach. Plus, we were offered a three-year discounted rate.
Cons
Right now we're exploring connecting it to our existing VoIP provider which should hopefully be available soon.

“Strong ux with some automation restrictions
Pros
I have already told several colleagues about them because I've been impressed. The UI and UX are really strong , crisp, simple and easy to use. When I run into a problem the support team typically replies within 24 hours which I appreciate. Another feature I enjoy is being able to post the same opening across multiple job boards as part of my subscription.
Cons
I do notice some automation restrictions compared with competitors like Hearfish which can be limiting for certain workflows.

“adaptable with helpful ai feature
Pros
the thing i like the most is how adaptable the product is. Whenever I suggest a small tweak or an extra feature, the team responds fast and turns it into reality. I also find the AI feature genuinely helpful and handy in my workflow.
Cons
It would be helpful if pressing the back button in history would toggle me back and forth, taking me to the exact spot I was previously instead of sending me all the way back to a home screen. I think that change would improve my navigation.

its very easy to integrate with our systems and the workflows feel organized, I can also quickly access historical data whenever I need it.
Cons
some steps could be automated more, for example after I submit a scorecard, I wish the system would automatically advance that candidate to the following stage so I don't have to manually update their status.

Pros
I'm able to tailor it to my needs, it's very interactive and easy to get into. It packs lots of features , a LinkedIn Chrome extension and automations are available for free, whereas other recruitment platforms charge hefty fees. I also appreciate that Rf hooks up to my GSuite/Office email which makes things much smoother. The helpdesk is friendly and responds quickly and they recently added AI features.
Cons
Currently there is not a mobile app which I really miss. I'd also appreciate short help videos linked to specific features to guide me through different parts of the application.
