Pros
I really appreciate how much easier the applicant tracking has become. It's much simpler to manage candidate progress and I can easily see where everyone is in the process.
Cons
I wish there were more options to customize things to fit our specific workflow. For reports, I'm stuck with the available options and can't really adjust them to what we need for our dealership.

Honestly, this is a very fast and helpful tool for our hiring process. Creating a candidate database with job boards has gotten so much easier and sourcing profiles is simple enough for anyone on the team to handle.
Cons
I've been having some trouble with the lack of harvesting capabilities and there's no way to configure other tools like with other ATS platforms. But aside from that, it's been good overall.

Pros
The transparency feature is amazing and it lets our recruiting team work together easily and share resources, making everyone more effective. Everything gets updated in real time across clients and roles which has been a huge time saver. We can access what we need instantly without having to do duplicate research or make endless phone calls. The interface is clean and smooth, so it's easy to use. I love how comprehensive it is and I can do phone screens, send offers with signature lines and manage onboarding, all from one platform.
Cons
Navigation can be tricky if you're not familiar with setting up multiple role folders. While it works great for staffing agencies, I'm not sure how well it would suit corporate recruiting environments.
