I found plenty of qualified candidates right after switching. Instead of using multiple platforms, this lets me post once and automatically send it to all the major job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter. The whole process is very simple.

I've been having some trouble with the lack of harvesting capabilities and there's no way to configure other tools like with other ATS platforms. But aside from that, it's been good overall.

We can access what we need instantly without having to do duplicate research or make endless phone calls. The interface is clean and smooth, so it's easy to use. I love how comprehensive it is and I can do phone screens, send offers with signature lines and manage onboarding, all from one platform.

Navigation can be tricky if you're not familiar with setting up multiple role folders. While it works great for staffing agencies, I'm not sure how well it would suit corporate recruiting environments.

What I like most is how well organized everything stays. I can easily see all the candidates in my pipeline, track what stage they're at and know exactly what action items need my attention.
