Secure integrations and great customer support

Pros

The software is highly secure with login options through Okta or single sign-on methods to end multiple sessions. It integrates seamlessly with other performance/HR tools like Bonusly and HiBob. The dashboard is well-designed for user experience particularly for OKR/goal setting, with a timeline to track progress. Push notifications help us keep reminders for upcoming tasks. Even the customer service team is very efficient and always ready to assist.

Cons

There is very little or no AI in use here which feels like a missed opportunity given its importance in today's world. When I tried it there was no free trial making it a bit of a gamble for our organization.

easy tool but approval process needs work

Pros

Generally, our users are satisfied with Reviewsnap, finding it quite simple to use, especially after the updates made in May 2020. The automated email reminders are particularly helpful, saving our HR team a significant amount of effort

Cons

some parts of the template builder feel a bit disorganized. It would be helpful if a naming convention were suggested or even required, making it easier to locate competencies and understand which sections and roles they are linked to across the organization. The approval process also involves too many clicks, and it definitely needs to be simplified. To avoid frustration, we decided to implement only the acknowledgment step this year for supervisors and staff.

offers a lot of resources

Pros

Overall it's easy to use and there are plenty of resources to help with any questions.

Cons

The system runs updates frequently which makes it difficult for us to keep everyone updated.

Decent tool!

Pros

I like that this product keeps a record of annual reviews and provides a structured process for companies to maintain consistency in the review procedure.

Cons

It feels a bit awkward to adjust questions for different types of employees or for specific review periods such as the 90 day review versus the annual review process.
