Pros

It offers a wide range of functions and some pretty advanced processes but it's not quite as user-friendly as it could be.

Cons

It's pricey and there's no automatic publishing on Google Jobs or similar platforms.

“Easy user interface

Pros

Going through the panels is super easy and it does much everything the HR team would normally spend a lot of time on. Booking vacation and checking the colleagues calendar is really simple, plus the calendar shows public holidays which has been really helpful.

Cons

Customizing some of the basic features is a bit tricky. Also, we had an issue where one person tried logging in with the wrong password more than five times and it caused a problem for all employees. Getting access back took longer than expected.
