AI self-service for a global workforce

Pros

As a production company, our employees often work around the clock, 7 days a week, anywhere in the world. Our AI Bot self-service is available even when our corporate team is not. From a corporate standpoint, Rezolve.ai handles most inquiries letting our team focus on more strategic tasks. Technically it is accessible through our web portal, mobile app and Microsoft Teams via single sign-on. We even created a custom brand to promote the service.

Cons

The platform is still evolving and there is potential for more features to be added. However the current features already provide great value and are easy to implement.

Trains to answer questions, improving experience

Pros

We can train the system to answer our employees questions, significantly improving the experience for our customers. The help desk feature also lets our IT team monitor and manage tickets effectively.

Cons

As we have used the product and Resolve AI has made updates, it has improved significantly and there are no major issues for the way we use it.

Perfect microsoft 365 addition for smaller companies

Pros

As a smaller company we wanted a simple ticket tracking system with a virtual assistant to improve our employee experience. Also it is a perfect addition to our Microsoft 365 suite and gave us our first opportunity to build a knowledge base that's easily accessible to our end users.

Cons

We are still working on building out reporting features to better manage service levels and metrics but it has been a great partner, always open to our feedback.

fantastic, hassle-free addition to our tech stack

Pros

Rezolve.ai has been a fantastic addition to our technology stack. It has enabled our employees to get assistance in seconds without any frustration. The integration with MS Teams is a really nice touch too.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything. It's been a smooth, hassle-free experience.
