“Automated payroll with reliable support”

Pros

Handling payroll with this has been very easy especially when it comes to ROE and T4. The platform is user-friendly and the support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever assistance is needed. Processing payroll takes very little effort and the automated calculations, tax filings, T4s, ROEs and payments save a lot of time while helping cut down on mistakes.

Cons

There's not much to complain about. The only thing I'd really want is the ability to update the benefit amount myself instead of having to send the information over every time it changes.

Pros

Starting at $8 per person the pricing feels pretty reasonable. Payroll has been especially useful and the employee health benefits are something I really appreciate. The recruiting and onboarding tools are also very well done.

Cons

One area that could be better is international support since it feels geared mostly toward Canada. When we hire outside the local market, it would be helpful to have stronger coverage and support for other countries too.

I find it very easy to use and if I ever run into difficulties, there are plenty of helpful articles available or I can contact the support team. I love that I can make changes, add or pause payroll, upload documents, adjust settings and assign different user permissions. The list goes on. The platform is very user-friendly and clearly reflects the effort put into its development. I also appreciate that the team is constantly working to improve the product and it definitely shows.

Cons

If I had to pick something I dislike, it would be having faster access to technical support.

The customer service of this software is top-notch! The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist.
