“Only good if it can achieve what it claims to in full! Sadly not at the moment

Pros

Roubler provides a detailed solution for everything from onboarding to payroll, rostering and holiday management. It is among the very few softwares that are capable of handling all these tasks.

Cons

One thing that I did not like is that managing holidays in Roubler has been a complete disaster. The support team consistently struggles to get it right. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over 2 years now and every month I encounter problems that I have to report to support. It is quite surprising to me how Roubler can handle more complex tasks like payroll with ease but struggles to implement a simple holiday management system. HOLIDAYS NEED TO BE CORRECTED IN ROUBLER. I've brought this up multiple times, even reaching out to their support team. I have lost count of the hours I've spent trying to streamline holidays and fix mistakes in Roubler.

Pros

This application is excellent for companies as it simplifies the selection of candidates for hiring. Being cloud-based, it also manages employee schedules, shift changes, and payrolls efficiently.

Cons

I believe the app needs some optimization since it occasionally runs a bit slowly.

Pros

I absolutely love how easy it is to manage and pay my team. With just one login I can access all my staff members and since they handle our payroll as well, all I need to do is schedule shifts for my team and approve their timesheets. All The rest is taken care of for me by the software.

Cons

The employee app can sometimes have glitches but they mentioned that a new version will be released by Christmas.

It is so good to have my roster and payslips all in one place. I can easily submit holiday requests as well.

Cons

It can be quite sluggish at the moments and occasionally freezes in the middle of a task. There have been instances where leave requests have been deleted without any apparent reason which makes it unreliable.

Pros

Roubler is an all in one software that covers everything from start to finish. The support from the Roubler team, whether in Australia, Singapore or other regions worldwide has also been exceptional. I highly recommend it.

Cons

If I had to pick one thing or one conI would say that some of the job advertising modules are still in beta. However considering how rapidly Roubler continues to develop and release updates almost every week, I am excited to see how quickly this module becomes more advanced.
