“A dynamic all-in-one tool!
Pros
Having all employee documents in one place makes things really convenient. Booking holiday is simple and it's helpful being able to check when everyone else is off as well. I also like that you can add personal details like your likes and dislikes which is a nice way to introduce yourself to new coworkers.
Cons
Using it on mobile isn't very user-friendly. Pay details are shown without being censored which feels like a privacy concern. It would also be better if there were a dark mode option.

“Good HR support
Pros
This software is pretty simple to use while still covers everything we need. Having HR guidance and advice available behind the scenes adds a lot of value and whenever we contact support, the replies are fast and detailed. I'd absolutely recommend it .. we've tested a few other systems and this HR tool is the one that really gets the job done. It's also being updated regularly which makes it clear the company is proactive and keeps improving the platform.
Cons
Real downside is the price. It's not overly expensive but it does come in a bit higher than some alternatives. That said, it's a very comprehensive system with HR experts available by phone or email so you really do get what you pay for.

“proactive support at every step
Pros
Whenever things get complicated, the advisers are incredibly helpful and guide you through everything step by step. They are also very proactive and often send useful templates before you even think to ask for them.
Cons
The search feature could be better, since it does not always bring up what you need. That said, sending a quick email to the help desk usually gets you a detailed step-by-step guide on how to handle things in the software.
