Pros
Support community here is very cooperative. It is easy to use and there are so many features that can be customized to fit exactly what you need. My customer success rep Caroline Ashlee has been very considerate and I've gotten amazing help from the leadership team too. Michael Eaton, Maria Alonso and Gregg have all been incredibly helpful whenever I've reached out.

“solid reporting and updated employee records
Pros
It has solid reporting features and keeping employee records updated is not complicated at all. The API sync with our active directory works great.
Cons
Navigation can be tricky in some admin areas. It's not always clear how to make the changes you are looking for, though it has improved over time.

Pros
I really appreciate having everything centralized in one platform. Creating reports is simple and being able to transfer them to dashboards gives me excellent visual insights into our operations.
Cons
Setting up new features feels unnecessarily complicated. You have to jump through multiple hoops to get things done. Some limitations are frustrating like pulse surveys being capped at just 10 questions when you need more flexibility for customization.

“Quick support and userfriendly interface
Pros
Its not difficult to move around in it and the daily info I need is right where I expect it. The ability to log into other user accounts for troubleshooting is handy when issues come up. Support responds quickly and actually helps solve problems rather than just giving generic answers.
Cons
Finding the more complex features like absence accruals can be pretty frustrating, they're not user-friendly at all and I often struggle to locate them in the system.

Love how responsive my account manager Euan is, he's really professional and always walks me through any questions I have, consistently coming up with effective solutions.
Cons

I picked it up quickly and it lets me create reports that were impossible to generate before.
Cons

Whats stands out for me is their customer care. Having a dedicated manager who actually understands our business goals makes all the difference. They've developed a solid grasp of what we're trying to accomplish so we can keep improving and growing with the system.
Cons
Some features aren't entirely easy to use and make tracking employment changes a bit hard. Thankfully, there are usually workarounds to get around these issues.

I've found this system very simple to use. The training materials and user guides are top-notch, they make learning everything much smoother. Whenever problems come up, my Customer Success Manager responds quickly and offers solid advice for any business challenges we face. The Support Team handles technical questions amazingly well too, with fast response times and plenty of patience when I'm confused about something. It's reassuring to know help is always there when I need it.
Cons
Making changes can be pretty technical since this is such a large platform. It's a bit complex at start, though I have to say the support team and customer success manager are really helpful when issues come up.

I can access this remotely and the interface is really user-friendly, which puts it ahead of competitors. HR tasks are handled without any complications.
Cons
umm the security verification takes forever which gets annoying when you're trying to get work done quickly. Password updates are especially frustrating since the whole process drags on way too long and slows me down.
