Support community here is very cooperative. It is easy to use and there are so many features that can be customized to fit exactly what you need. Pros
It has solid reporting features and keeping employee records updated is not complicated at all. The API sync with our active directory works great.
Cons
Navigation can be tricky in some admin areas. It's not always clear how to make the changes you are looking for, though it has improved over time.
