“Unfair to dyslexic candidates
Pros
Nothing good to say as it honestly seems like it is replacing jobs and that's something I really dislike about it.
Cons
A big problem withitis thatitdoesn't seem to account for dyslexia and ends up marking candidates down because ofit even when their answers are detailed and thoughtful.Italso fails to consider people with different abilities who may need to view or use the screen in another way. On top of that, itcan label an answer as AI-generated whenitclearly isn't. For example, a detailed response gets flagged even though being specific should not automatically meanitwas written by AI.

“helps with faster hiring
Pros
What really stands out with it is how accurately it measures candidate suitability. The results feel very real as we can clearly see that candidates with higher scores tend to be of better quality. That visibility has helped our team make faster, smarter hiring decisions which is especially important in a competitive job market. Getting started was very easy too and the team was fantastic to work with throughout. We also launched a new ATS at the same time and the implementation plus integration with Smart Recruiters went well.
Cons
Where it falls short for us is the reporting integration with our ATS. Detailed reporting is not as fast or good enough as it should be. On top of that tracking how many hires were made over the year along with their score, rating and recommendation still has to be done manually. So I would really like to see more data flow back into the ATS. As that would cut down significantly on the amount of manual reporting we have to do.

“valuable hiring insights
Pros
Candidates have rated the user experience very highly and our hiring managers really like the insights they get to support better-informed hiring decisions. On top of that, the improvement in our time to hire has been excellent.
Cons
One limitation is that we cannot break the data down by region or individual location which makesitharder to do a deeper dive into problem areas highlighted through D&I bias.

“simple setup and useful insights
Pros
I find the platform pretty easy to use and the platform gives helpful information. Plus the initial setup process went really well.
Cons
An issue comes up when video interviews or chat interviews fail. As recruiters need an easier way to fix that for candidates. So it would be much better if we could quickly resend a video or chat interview without extra hassle.

“Flexible self schedule candidate process
Pros
Candidates can complete this on their own schedule since there is no pressure to finish it all at once. They can start, save their progress and come back later whenever it's easy for them. That makes the process much easier.
Cons
Even when a candidate gives a thorough and well-written response, itcan still mark them as failed.Italso appears to put too much emphasis on customer service abilities even though that is not relevant for every campaign. On top of that the AI can incorrectly flag candidates for using AI when they actually haven't.

“Great hiring insights
Pros
From the hiring stage, it has been proven to be a very helpful tool for our recruitment process especially for spotting risks and getting useful insights about candidates. The scoring system and the questions it asks are excellent too. Plus they give us clear visibility into a candidate's language ability and sense of accountability. I also value the personal snapshot feature because it gives the recruitment team a clearer picture of whether someone is a good fit for the role. On top of that, the initial setup was very easy which made onboarding simple for our team.
Cons
Sometimes the scoring does not fully match a candidate's real qualities and we have noticed this in several cases. There is also a problem with the AI detection feature. Candidates who recently finished higher education get flagged as AI-generated because the tool mistakes their academic writing style for AI use.

“helpful feedback but scoring issues
Pros
The scoring and detailed feedback are useful and it does a good job of helping us understand candidates better.
Cons
One downside is the low scoring and when problems come up, getting them corrected should be more easy.

“useful for hiring
Pros
It saves a lot of time and is easy for both candidates and recruiters to use.
Cons
The scoring can be off sometimes. As I have seen candidates pass overall but still get marked as unsuitable because of small things like grammar mistakes or the use of slang.

“fast results and simple workflow
Pros
The platform is pretty easy to navigate, simple to use and delivers results right away.
Cons
Well the thing I noticed is that accuracy and consistency can be hit or miss at times and the scoring does not always line up with the final recommendation.

“complex login issues
Pros
One of the most valuable parts of it for recruiting assessments is how much behavioral insight it draws from candidates responses. That really matters because it gives a fuller picture of each person while reducing bias which makes the process feel fairer and more meaningful. Also the insights it provides feel objective and that kind of perspective is important for making better-informed hiring decisions.
Cons
The login process is very complex and the scoring doesn't always match the quality of candidates answers. It also penalizes people too harshly for spelling mistakes which makes the results look less accurate and adds to the frustration.

“helps make stronger hiring decisions
Pros
Its unbiased decision-making is the best part and it really matters in our recruitment process and sets it apart. Also the JAS tool has helped us hire more efficiently by evaluating candidates on the skills that actually match the roles, instead of relying only on their CVs. That broader assessment gives us better insight and helps us make smarter hiring decisions. I also really value how much it reduces the pressure of dealing with large volumes of CVs making the recruitment process much more manageable. Even though we still don't have an Applicant Tracking System in place, this tool has already removed some of the strain from manual tracking and improved the way we work.
Cons
What I think could improve a lot is adding an ATS solution. Since we do not have an Applicant Tracking System right now, we're still tracking everything manually through spreadsheets. While the tool has definitely reduced some of the workload by helping us manage a high number of CVs, having an ATS built in would turn it into a much more complete solution for our team. As it would make the recruitment process much smoother and give us a more connected, automated workflow instead of the manual system we still rely on.

“support always replies fast
Pros
The best part is that responses came back quickly and felt very accurate. Also the analysis was so close to my personality that it matched what I already know about myself.
Cons
One thing that stood out less positively was that the program's communication with users looks scripted and tends to sound the same every time.

“packed with decent features
Pros
The thing I like is how well it highlights my strengths and areas where I need improvement, all backed by a detailed summary. Plus it is easy to use, packed with useful features, works well when I need to set it up for multiple identical roles and it's simple to contact customer support when needed. It also connects nicely with a range of business applications which makes it even more practical for regular use.
Cons
For me the biggest inconvenience is the number of words required when answering questions. Also sometimes my responses don't get saved for similar roles in different locations.

Pros
One of the most valuable things about Sapia.ai was how it helped me connect with so many parts of my personality and the way I lead teams, including traits I hadn't even recognized in myself before.

I'd just like to see more interview questions included so the assessment could become even more detailed.

“friendly interface and engaging
Pros
It felt interactive and easy to use which made the whole experience the best.
Cons
What felt off was the insight review I got back. It was wrong about a few of my personality traits which was strange because I had clearly described one of them during the interview, yet it somehow concluded the complete opposite.
