High-Volume Recruitment Teams Screening Large Applicant Pools
Recruitment teams handling thousands of applications per role use Sapia.ai to manage early-stage screening through structured chat interviews. Instead of manually reviewing CVs, teams rely on standardized candidate responses collected through AI-led conversations. This approach supports consistent evaluation across all applicants, especially in roles with frequent or seasonal hiring demands.
Enterprise HR Teams Standardizing Hiring Across Multiple Locations
Large organizations with distributed hiring teams use Sapia.ai to maintain consistency in candidate assessment across regions. Hiring managers across different locations follow the same structured interview format, ensuring comparable candidate evaluations. This is particularly relevant for enterprises that need alignment in hiring decisions across multiple business units or geographies.
Talent Acquisition Teams Reducing Manual Screening Workload
Talent acquisition teams responsible for early-stage filtering use Sapia.ai to reduce the manual effort involved in reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews. Candidates complete structured chat-based assessments independently, allowing recruiters to focus on reviewing shortlisted profiles instead of screening every application individually.
Organizations Prioritizing Structured and Consistent Candidate Evaluation
Companies that require standardized assessment processes use Sapia.ai to ensure every candidate is evaluated using the same competency-based framework. This is especially useful in regulated or high-compliance environments where hiring decisions must follow clear and repeatable evaluation criteria.
Global Enterprises Managing Multi-Role Hiring Pipelines
Large enterprises hiring across multiple job functions use Sapia.ai to manage different role requirements within a single structured system. Each role can have a tailored interview model while still maintaining a consistent evaluation approach, helping recruitment teams manage diverse hiring pipelines more efficiently.

“Unfair to dyslexic candidates
Pros
Nothing good to say as it honestly seems like it is replacing jobs and that's something I really dislike about it.
Cons
A big problem withitis thatitdoesn't seem to account for dyslexia and ends up marking candidates down because ofit even when their answers are detailed and thoughtful.Italso fails to consider people with different abilities who may need to view or use the screen in another way. On top of that, itcan label an answer as AI-generated whenitclearly isn't. For example, a detailed response gets flagged even though being specific should not automatically meanitwas written by AI.

“helps with faster hiring
Pros
What really stands out with it is how accurately it measures candidate suitability. The results feel very real as we can clearly see that candidates with higher scores tend to be of better quality. That visibility has helped our team make faster, smarter hiring decisions which is especially important in a competitive job market. Getting started was very easy too and the team was fantastic to work with throughout. We also launched a new ATS at the same time and the implementation plus integration with Smart Recruiters went well.
Cons
Where it falls short for us is the reporting integration with our ATS. Detailed reporting is not as fast or good enough as it should be. On top of that tracking how many hires were made over the year along with their score, rating and recommendation still has to be done manually. So I would really like to see more data flow back into the ATS. As that would cut down significantly on the amount of manual reporting we have to do.

“simple setup and useful insights
Pros
I find the platform pretty easy to use and the platform gives helpful information. Plus the initial setup process went really well.
Cons
An issue comes up when video interviews or chat interviews fail. As recruiters need an easier way to fix that for candidates. So it would be much better if we could quickly resend a video or chat interview without extra hassle.
