“easy to set up with a helpful guide
Pros
I've set up Sapling twice now and found it easy to use. With a good customer success rep, things go smoothly and questions get answered quickly. Once it's all configured, it's super simple.
Cons
There are still some functions that aren't great like changing a start date but I hear its working on it.

“time-saving platform for growing teams
Pros
I love how user-friendly the platform is for employees. It looks great, our implementation manager is incredibly responsive and it's saved us so much time with integrations from Lever and ADP. Being able to build custom workflows keeps our growing team aligned.
Cons
Employee documents should be separated into categories to make admin access and compliance easier. There should also be a way to capture I-9 and W-4 info for employee
