“Fast support system
Pros
The support team replies incredibly fast which is great. This way I never feel stuck or delayed when an issue comes up. On top of that it's a really great app for monitoring and tracking every single step of the hiring process. From job postings and applicant reviews to interview scheduling and offer management, everything is visible and organized in one place. It brings clarity and control to what can often feel like a chaotic workflow
Cons
Recovering lost data is more complicated than it should be. The process needs to be aligned.

“Smooth onboarding experience
Pros
During my onboarding it was quick to set up and genuinely easy to use.. no confusing steps, no technical hiccups, just a smooth process from start to finish. I didn't run into any issues getting everything done which made a potentially stressful transition feel welcoming. It's rare to have a system that supports such a positive first impression and it definitely contributed to a great start.
Cons
Setting up my account was a little tricky but once I got past that it was smooth sailing.

Pros
I love the UI of this platform it's really clean and they update it often to make things better. The customer support team is also top-notch.. super helpful. Plus it's easy to find anyone's info.
Cons
When they roll out new features it takes a long time. I wish they'd focus more on integrating with other platforms faster.

“Powerful but priced and packaged poorly
Pros
Sapling makes HR stuff so easy and there are tools for employees too. I am a big fan of the custom workflows and interactive org charts, they are very simple. It also makes company policies clear for everyone and I can check out what different departments are working on and how projects are going.
Cons
They price your subscription based on how many employees you have not on what features you use or how much data you store. There's no free trial either so you can't really test it before committing. It's also only web-based, no mobile app which is why I gave ease of use and setup a 3 out of 5.

Pros
I like that you can set up workflows based on someone's start date, assign tasks and send onboarding emails automatically.
Cons
Can we please fix the default email format? It's first name last name without a period in between!

“Comprehensive but complex to use

It just does a lot more than our old HR software. It was nice not having to juggle a bunch of other tools anymore.
Cons
Sometimes I was not totally clear on how to use it. It can do so much which is cool but as an end-user it felt overwhelming at times.

Pretty cool that it organizes everything you need to onboard and manage a team. The interface is super user-friendly and easy to use.
Cons
the payroll platform is probably my least favorite part, it could be improved.

it's been very easy to get started. The time management part is simple and importing our old data worked well. The company page looks great for new hires too.. nice and branded.
Cons
i wish it had Google Calendar integration so when PTO gets approved it auto-adds to your calendar and the company calendar. We had that with Zenefits and it's a pain not having it here. The UI is also dated.

it works with CRMs and messaging apps to help us personalize replies faster. Managers get useful insights to coach the team. Autocomplete Everywhere is great, it suggests responses using AI across all platforms. Sapling Suggest is another favorite, it auto-suggests replies based on customer questions which is perfect for handling high volume. Excellent software, honestly.
Cons
Haven't had a negative experience..... everything's been very good. There's nothing I don't like.

“smooth process with some technical glitches
Pros
once everything's set up and all the initial configurations are in place it makes hiring and onboarding new people incredibly smooth. The process is mostly easy.
Cons
I've seen signed documents get wiped from the system which forces new hires to sign everything again. It's a frustrating and time-consuming bug that needs fixing.

“My essential one-stop-shop for work
Pros
It made my onboarding smooth. I started a new job during COVID and was pretty nervous but it became my one-stop-shop for everything I needed.
Cons
no issues so far and it does everything I need, lets me see my job details, request time off and check the org chart all in one place.

I love that this tool lets customers, employees and even suppliers connect and work together in one place. That's a huge plus.
Cons
I like just about everything but I wish they'd integrate with Office 365. Also sometimes you have to enter a minimum of 40 characters even if you want to leave something blank.

Pros
It's pretty easy to use. Everyone at the company uses it so it's a handy way to find anyone in the workforce. I use it a lot to learn more about my co-workers.
Cons
The profile pictures are really low-res and look blurry unless you inspect them in the browser console, not something most users would do but it bugs me. Other than that, I can't really think of any issues.
