Pros
Applying through the platform is very simple which has helped us attract a higher number of applicants for our open roles. It also gives our job postings a more polished, professional look while keeping the process simple for candidates.
Cons
One frustration was that some technical information had to come from our IT contact and I ended up acting as the middle person. It would have been much quicker and more efficient if those IT requirements had been shared directly with our IT team.

This platform is good and easy to use. The entities plus cloning features really help speed up the job posting process.
Cons
I'd like to see is the employment status shown on the cover page of the job posting.

Pros
Applicant tracking system lets me review candidates as they come in and score them based on the qualifying questions which makes screening much more organized.

Pros
At least the platform is simple to use and searching the database for open roles to recruit for is pretty simple. Beyond that, there really is not much else I would count as a benefit.
Cons
There are problems all over the place. They seem to let almost anyone onto the platform without properly vetting recruiters which really hurts the overall quality. Internal recruiters also do not seem to take submitted candidates very seriously. Also,,support from reps is lacking and the percentage they take as a fee is just too high.

Pros
One thing that really works well is the simplicity. It's simple to use, quick to teach to others and doesn't clutter things up with unnecessary information like a lot of other programs do.
Cons
Tagging feature could use some improvement to make better use of the data specially for searching previous applicants by their skills.
