This platform is good and easy to use. The entities plus cloning features really help speed up the job posting process.

Cons

I'd like to see is the employment status shown on the cover page of the job posting.

“Helped us get more aplplications”

Pros

Applying through the platform is very simple which has helped us attract a higher number of applicants for our open roles. It also gives our job postings a more polished, professional look while keeping the process simple for candidates.

Cons

One frustration was that some technical information had to come from our IT contact and I ended up acting as the middle person. It would have been much quicker and more efficient if those IT requirements had been shared directly with our IT team.

It made submitting applications online simple and efficient and the whole process was very user friendly.

It would help to have a section where reviewed applications can be deleted.
