We had been hunting for a document management solution that would keep all our critical documents and records neatly organized and this is exactly what I came across. “Paperless workflow for medical offices”
Pros
I installed this tool a year ago and I find it invaluable for scanning medical reports and building a fully paperless workflow.
Cons
Well I do find that many of the product's powerful features aren't obvious at first glance and they can be a little hard to discover. Fortunately the technical support team fills that gap, they've been ready with clear answers and guidance whenever I've asked. In fact customer support is available around the clock literally 24/7 which has made up for the initial confusing learning curve.

Pros
The software is highly customizable and I find setting up multiple databases for different entities very feasible.
Cons
One frustrating thing I've noticed is that the search pulls in many results unrelated to my criteria and I'd really like an option to revoke viewing permissions for specific private databases.

Pros
It is easy to set up and I use it daily to quickly access user histories which cuts out a lot of paperwork.
Cons
Sometimes I need to be careful when choosing a vendor since the selection can unexpectedly skip to the following vendor in the list.

Pros
From my experience you can tweak many settings and I find the development team responsive when new features are genuinely needed.
Cons
I find the initial configuration quite complex and not very convenient and it demands a significant investment of time and training before it functions the way I want to use it within my organization.
