We had been hunting for a document management solution that would keep all our critical documents and records neatly organized and this is exactly what I came across. I installed this tool a year ago and I find it invaluable for scanning medical reports and building a fully paperless workflow.

Cons

Well I do find that many of the product's powerful features aren't obvious at first glance and they can be a little hard to discover. Fortunately the technical support team fills that gap, they've been ready with clear answers and guidance whenever I've asked. In fact customer support is available around the clock literally 24/7 which has made up for the initial confusing learning curve.
