Simplified communication and efficiency

Pros

platform simplifies communication and boosts efficiency. I can send messages to large groups of candidates at once and I find running multiple campaigns organized and easy. Integration with our ATS and job postings was easy and saved me time.

Cons

That said, there are a few areas where I think it could improve. Occasionally the system feels sluggish or lags, particularly when I'm handling very large campaigns or bulk messaging lists. Bulk personalization options are somewhat limited which means some outreach comes across as less tailored than I would prefer. I also find that tracking detailed responses and analysing campaign performance isn't always as clear or convenient as it could be. If they improved the speed, added more flexibility for customization and enhanced reporting and analytics, this tool would be even more effective for my workflow.

Time-saving bulk messaging

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is that I can send messages to multiple people at once which saves a lot of time.

Cons

I've noticed it can be a bit slow to load at times and sometimes it even freezes which disrupts my workflow.

simple messaging and bulk texting

Pros

The app is incredibly convenient and efficient for messaging candidates. I find the bulk texting capability extremely useful and the clean interface makes navigation simple.

Cons

Sometimes the suggested text options feel repetitive or a little off for the context which frustrates me. I also find the customization options more constrained than other messaging apps I've used. Plus, having to add text templates manually is a drawback that slows my workflow.

Personalized campaigns with automation

Pros

I really value that the platform lets me send personalized messages that feel natural while also supporting full campaigns. I find it useful for backing up sales reps and automating follow-ups on large contact lists.

Cons

To be frank, this is primarily a tool for sales communication and as someone using it for that purpose I notice it falls short in a few design areas, there are features around design and customization that I wish were stronger or more flexible.

easy bulk contact navigation

Pros

interface is incredibly easy to navigate and I find it cuts down on time because it pulls in every contact for bulk texting.

Cons

At the moment I haven't run into any issues but I'll definitely report back with specific feedback if I come across something I don't like or that bothers me.

Efficient mass and one-to-one messaging

Pros

This is one of the best texting tools I've used, I find it handles both mass and one-to-one messages while keeping a record of past conversations for easy follow-up.

Cons

I really wish the app included a built-in calling option, because being able to call candidates directly from the app would make my workflow a lot smoother and more efficient.

simple interface with proactive support

Pros

One thing I really like about this tool is its convenient interface which makes it far easier for our team to communicate clearly with talent. The easy implementation has been a major benefit for us. I also rely on the auto-correct functionality a lot because it saves time and reduces errors. After we connected it with the AHA tool, reaching out to talent became even more easy, we only need their ID number to locate and message someone which has made me use the platform more frequently. On top of that, the tool's customer support is consistently proactive and does an excellent job.

Cons

Probably my biggest frustration with the tool is that it can be glitchy and slow at times. Occasionally a search for a talent's profile returns nothing which blocks me from messaging them and sometimes stops any communication completely. Those intermittent failures are the main downside I find when using the platform.

helpful integration with other platforms

Pros

What I really appreciate is that it connects smoothly with platforms like Bullhorn. I can contact candidates directly without having to type in phone numbers or transfer contact details by hand. That makes outreach much simpler, especially when dealing with high volumes of candidates and it helps me keep messaging consistent while also cutting down on the amount of time I spend.

Cons

Occasionally things don't sync perfectly which forces me to double-check or do some manual adjustments here and there. I wouldn't call it a dealbreaker but I do try to be cautious when contacting candidates so I don't end up making an unintended mistake. It's something to keep in mind during outreach.

JobDiva integration for bulk messaging

Pros

One feature I find incredibly helpful in my day-to-day recruiting is the JobDiva integration which lets me merge messages for multiple candidates at once. It makes organizing and retrieving candidates extremely accurate and I depend on it constantly for my routine tasks because it operates smoothly, helps me manage candidate communications efficiently and saves me time throughout the workday.

Cons

Honestly, the search function drives me nuts. It rarely returns accurate results for me. Whenever I try to look up a number it inexplicably pulls up several different profiles and I end up getting annoyed having to scroll all the way down to find older messages.

easy operation and deployment

Pros

I find this tool incredibly easy to operate and simple to deploy within our system. It offers a wide range of features that we rely on regularly in our workflows. Integration was feasible for us and I've also experienced prompt, helpful customer support whenever we needed assistance.

Cons

Easy group messaging with contacts

Pros

Sending messages to groups is really easy and what's great is that the app pulls contact numbers right from within so I don't have to hunt down phone numbers elsewhere

Cons

I can't open notifications from the app on my phone which is frustrating, it would be much more convenient if I could reply to messages directly from my device instead of switching back and forth.

simple platform with AI features

Pros

I'm really impressed by how convenient it is and how smoothly the AI features are woven in, I rely on this platform every workday.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't sync properly with Tempworks which frustrates me and I think the AI Copilot ought to be used for interacting with support reps as well.

Anywhere access with automated replies

Pros

Being able to check my texts from anywhere is something I really appreciate and I also find it helpful that the service lets me set up automated replies for times when I'm out of the office.

Cons

Having to get a separate number to use the service annoys me, however it forwards messages to my phone so in practice it doesn't cause me that much trouble.

Secure and easy employee messaging

Pros

This tool is great because it lets me reach our employees without relying on my personal cell phone. It makes contacting people easy, these days most folks won't pick up if the caller ID is unfamiliar but nearly everyone checks their text messages, so being able to message through this platform is a big relief. I also like knowing that any details exchanged between our team and staff are kept fully secure.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any drawbacks right now, in my experience this tool performs excellently and I have no complaints.

User-friendly and multifunctional platform

Pros

I appreciate how user-friendly and multifunctional the platform is. I've relied on it as a Recruiter to take advantage of the messaging features and also served as an Admin to handle account and campaign management, run full reports and more. In both roles it's easy to move around and it's a simple way to reach out to people one-on-one or en masse via text and email, add or remove accounts, set up and tweak campaigns and generate reports. Their customer support has been helpful and responsive whenever issues pop up. For messaging specifically, the Chrome Extension has been especially convenient.

Cons

While I don't have serious complaints, they recently changed the onboarding flow for giving messaging access to a new user and that process needs a bit more back-and-forth (signing forms and such). The team is fast, though and their turnaround has been great, so this hasn't been a problem for me. It would also help if the Extension supported Edge for people who prefer it instead of Chrome, right now it's only available and functional in Chrome.

Excellent support and texting features

Pros

From my experience, the support provided is excellent, things break in every system and there will always be initial hiccups but the team behind this tool actually digs into the problem, makes sure they fully grasp what's going wrong and keeps users informed as fixes are rolled out. I'm genuinely impressed with the texting features and the chatbots we've set up, they've become a major part of how I operate, helping me work more efficiently and freeing me up to concentrate on the tasks that truly need my attention.

Cons

I've noticed that sending larger broadcasts tends to introduce lag and the messenger seems to retain more numeric data than it should, it appears to read numbers from previous pages instead of only what's visible on the current page. That quirk can be frustrating and causes occasional issues when I expect the tool to only process the content that's currently displayed.

Linked phone number for consistent messaging

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that the texting tool shares the exact phone number I use for Teams and work calls: it makes linking a missed call, voicemail, or text to the same individual easy. The app keeps me updated while I'm on the move, grabbing lunch, or stepped away from my computer. It's simple to tap a phone number on a page and fire off a message. I also like the notification setup, coming from email, a browser extension and the mobile app, so I rarely miss anything. Being able to schedule a text for the future is a nice feature, I'll admit I don't take advantage of it as much as I could but it's handy for things like pre-interview check-ins, weekly timesheet reminders, or timing messages for colleagues in a different time zone so they don't get texts before 8 AM. Overall, this is a great way to message candidates beyond the initial outreach.

Cons

The mobile app has some annoying quirks and could improve. It signs me out a lot and doesn't always stay current, so I have to refresh multiple times. It would be great if the app tied into my Teams recent calls or call history, then I could tap a number to send a text or call directly from the message instead of copying and pasting. On the desktop and email side, I'd also find it extremely useful if the plugin's text alerts included a link to that candidate's profile in our ATS. Likewise, email notifications should take you straight to the candidate record. I also wish mass texting was more easy, being able to click numbers on the screen to add them would beat the current plugin behavior that auto-populates messy numbers, making it unclear who they belong to.

Fresh customization and reliable support

Pros

I've noticed this platform keeps adding many fresh customization options for broadcasts and journeys which I really appreciate. They consistently look for ways to enhance the services they provide and I find their support reliable, someone is always available to answer questions. Overall, I think the service is excellent.

Cons

From my experience, the wording they use could be clearer, I sometimes struggle to set the right rules when I'm building journeys and that can make designing those flows more frustrating and error-prone than necessary.

Occasional service delays

Pros

Overall, the app performs much better but I've noticed that occasionally the service goes down and messages aren't sent immediately, so it can take some time.

Cons
