Flexible multi-industry solution

Pros

This software really does come packed with features yet it's flexible enough to fit many different industries and company sizes smoothly. I find it genuinely suitable for practically any organization whether you're a small startup or a large enterprise it scales and adapts without losing its core ease of use or functionality. It's that rare kind of tool that feels both powerful and universally applicable.

Cons

I noticed it doesn't offer mobile apps or a desktop client which is frustrating. The initial setup takes a lot of time and requires uploading tons of data. There's no built-in payroll module so we'd need custom development or to integrate a separate system so it isn't a complete, one-stop HR solution. On top of that the interface isn't mobile-responsive making it hard to use from phones or tablets.

feature-rich & easy navigation

Pros

Its feature-rich design impresses me, every module offers options to choose from, it's open source, easy to navigate and has a clean interface.

Cons

Installing on Linux gave me some headaches particularly on the first run. Once I got it set up it's been pretty great. A lot of people installing under Ubuntu can run into HTTP 500 errors on certain pages for me this was resolved by updating/installing the php7.0-xml package. It took a while to track down that fix though.

Payroll gaps noted

Pros

Using the software is really easy and I appreciate how clearly it shows what I'm doing. The initial HR modules cover my needs making it suitable for both newcomers and experienced users.

Cons

I'm disappointed the payroll module isn't available which makes the HRMS feel incomplete. I also ran into several out of the box bugs when adding employee details and some modules lack proper configuration.

Dynamic performance evaluation

Pros

The performance-evaluation module stands out for me, it feels modern, highly dynamic and is consistently updated.

Cons

My least favorite aspect is that the setup takes a while to complete and I sometimes need guidance or direct support to finish the configuration.

Pros

I find it highly customizable, packed with features and easy to use. If something I want isn't included yet I can often add it myself. This program truly has a lot to offer.

Simple vacation tool with time tracking

Pros

Setting up and using it is simple and I value how it helps our organization monitor vacations while accurately recording extra time worked daily.

Cons

the application feels quite limited: it doesn't integrate with major platforms, customization is somewhat tricky, documentation is sparse and when I have questions the community often takes several weeks to respond which slows our progress.

Pros

I like that there isn't a payroll module and that billing and invoicing are available which suits my workflow perfectly.

Pros

Pros

Employee data and leave management are great and easy to use, reliably handling the essentials for me.

Cons

I do wish the reporting features were better. at the moment they feel pretty limited and could use greater depth.

align widgets & shortcuts

Pros

Widgets and shortcuts are a highlight, I really appreciate the "Recently viewed" area as it surfaces relevant information immediately. The multi-approval workflow for resources, interviews and leave has cut our workload by about half.

Cons

At the moment the application isn't linked to Attendance Management or Performance Appraisal which I find limiting in day-to-day use. I'm aware the team is building those modules right now and while I appreciate that they're in progress I still feel the absence of those integrations for my workflow.
