“Works the best for us

Pros

Honestly, the best part is that it just... works so well. The layout is so clean you can find everything you need without a detailed guide. The smart analytics features actually feel helpful, not like they're speaking another language. And the fact that it can just grab data from my other apps without a huge fuss? That alone saves me from a major headache every single week.

Cons

It is a bit pricey and not very mobile-friendly. Downloads are also not properly regulated.

Their customer service is exceptional with fast response times. The staff is highly knowledgeable and can help with complicated issues. And they make managing payroll, benefits and compliance much simpler than handling it on our own.

Cons

The Prism HR software can feel a bit hard to use at times though I am aware they have been regularly releasing updates to enhance the platform.

Sequoia covers every aspect of HR management, benefits administration and payroll all in one place. Overall it is convenient to have all our company essentials accessible in a single portal.

I noticed it had some IT issues that prevented users from viewing their paystubs.

Everything related to benefits and payroll is conveniently located in one spot. And it is really easy to input time and manage benefits. The best part to me is being able to easily access all my health insurance IDs.

The Sequoia platform is very user friendly, up-to-date and well-organized. It is simple to find everything I need regarding benefits. If I have any questions about my benefits, the Sequoia Advocate team is quick to respond and very helpful too.

Cons

This is the best benefits system I have used so far. So no complaints.
