After trying it as a candidate and comparing it with other testing platforms and practice sites, I did appreciate the style of the exercises.

MY experience was frustrating overall. This platform still relies on Flash technology and the interface feels like it has not been modernized in years. as of that, candidates have to deal with updating a Flash plugin and even then the font is extremely small and does not display properly on larger modern screens. Zooming is not an option either since it runs in Flash instead of HTML. That means valuable time gets wasted just trying to read the content properly during the test which can easily lead to mistakes. I also felt that some of the exercises in my native language were unclear, while the English ones came across as unnecessarily complicated. Whether intentional or not, the wording should be direct and leave no room for interpretation specially since candidates cannot ask for clarification during the exam. Compared with other providers, the candidate experience is poor. These same tests could be delivered through a cleaner, more thoughtful interface that makes users feel comfortable specially those who wear glasses.
