A comprehensive tool with excellent customer support

Pros

Sigma-RH is a comprehensive software with many useful features like security management, workflows and custom user fields. The ability to add or hide fields is especially helpful allowing us to customize the software to fit our needs. The user interface is also well-designed and efficient making it easy to get started. And it has also helped centralize all our data, improving our overall efficiency. The customer support is excellent too as the implementation team was great and support is always quick and effective. Plus the fact that it uses its own tool for support shows their confidence in the product and makes interactions smoother since we are already familiar with the interface.

Cons

There are not any difficult or unintuitive features though the visual design feels a bit outdated. Fortunately a new version is in development. Bugs or technical issues are rare and minor and the support team always resolves them quickly. As for missing features the report creation tool is simple and works well for regular users. However it does not offer the same depth as tools like Power BI for advanced business analysts. Thankfully it can be connected to Power BI via APIs which helps address this limitation.

An upgrade is needed.

Pros

It is stable, provides a lot of customization options and offers excellent customer support along with reliable updates.

Cons

The software feels outdated in terms of design, presentation and features especially the mobile version. Plus the setup process is complicated and there are no planned updates for DDADUE. Additionally there is a lack of communication about updates and the product roadmap.

Pros

Well, we're not using the software to its full potential yet, so it's not meeting all of our needs.

Cons

the usability is somewhat affected by the numerous links between menus and settings which can be overwhelming.

Highly customizable software

Pros

We chose this software because it is highly customizable and we can set up automated workflows. Also I like the ability to add fields to screens and generate reports on our own. The import and export functions are very convenient. I must also mention that the customer service is outstanding as we received excellent support during the implementation phase and post-implementation support is just as fast and efficient.

Cons

As I mentioned earlier the software is highly customizable so you will need to allocate time and resources for implementation since it is not a plug and play solution. It's also essential to conduct a thorough analysis of your needs and processes to ensure smooth implementation.

Quite a flexible tool

Pros

The ability to export data in various formats based on our needs is highly flexible. Plus being able to track work with my team and access information about a case anytime is invaluable especially in a time-crunched environment.

Cons

There have been significant improvements in setting up template letters but I believe this feature could be further enhanced.

I wouldn't live without it

Pros

We really like the claim tracking, automatic score management, letter templates (merged documents), report generation, calendar management and other features. Overall it is a great tool.

Cons

I've noticed there are a few redundant applications, like tracking sharing requests versus challenging imputations. It can also be a bit tricky to tell whether a component is a user field or not, along with some other small issues.
