“Perfect for ATS + CRM combined services
Pros
In my experience, I find this solution outstanding for candidate sourcing while also offering great ATS functionality and a comprehensive set of CRM features that support my recruiting workflow.
Cons
Although I generally struggle to find faults and appreciate that the product does exactly what it promises, I remain uncertain whether the allocation of five credits each month is a permanent provision or a temporary promotional allowance.

Pros
I find its search capabilities exceptionally great and incredibly quick, allowing me to locate items with precision and speed.
Cons
For me, there are no real drawbacks, it works flawlessly, my only wish is to be able to spend more than 1,000 credits, as I would like greater usage capacity.

In my experience the platform houses a substantial volume of data that could prove valuable to numerous companies that depend on a data processor, offering a broad dataset that appears promising, that said, much of the information is limited to email addresses only and I estimate that roughly thirty percent of those email contacts are unreachable.
Cons
I've found that the system still charges a credit even when the result contains no usable contact details and only returns an inactive LinkedIn profile which feels like paying for nothing, moreover, customer support has been disappointing because on several occasions I was billed multiple times for the same transaction and have had to spend twenty to thirty minutes each time on calls or messages to get the duplicate charges refunded and the situation rectified.

From my experience using the tool to search LinkedIn profiles, I am able to retrieve candidates contact details, with email addresses obtained for roughly ninety percent of searches, within the roughly ten percent that don't return emails, approximately one-third provide only a phone number.

“Quick resume retrieval
Pros
With just a single tap I consistently retrieve highly relevant resumes while the platform aggregates contact information from multiple sources which I find impressive and efficient, consequently, I'm seriously considering purchasing a user account in the near future.
Cons
My only criticisms are that the interface could be made more simple and the front-end experience simplified for users and I also believe the service would benefit greatly from a larger, more comprehensive database.

I find it simple, pulling candidates social media profiles too and their customer-friendly representative has been providing excellent support.
Cons
In my experience, some emails it pulls belong to candidates past companies, not the candidates themselves but otherwise it's excellent.

I find the interface simple and easy to use and the candidate profile information remains consistently up-to-date.
Cons
Having trialed this tool, I must say I've been quite impressed by the depth and accuracy of profile data available which has been particularly useful as I proactively headhunt senior talent in the technology sector and need current contact and career information, although I haven't explored the ATS features because our organization already uses an ATS/CRM, the applicant tracking side appears easy and would be an excellent asset for a recruitment agency that is still in startup mode. I also appreciate the analytics capabilities which allow me to gauge a candidate's likelihood of moving roles and the algorithms powering those insights seem great and well-tuned, overall, the product is easy to navigate and integrates nicely alongside an existing ATS/CRM. Having used aggregators such as Connectifier, 3sourcing and Open Web in the past, I can say this tool stacks up favorably and their customer service has been fast to respond and genuinely helpful when I've reached out. For these reasons, I would recommend it as a valuable supplementary tool for sourcing top technology talent.

For me, this is a great tool featuring a user interface that's easy to master.

Nothing... I find this to be an exceptionally powerful platform for candidate tracking and sourcing and because our objective was to secure a tool that is easy to navigate with a minimalistic, uncluttered interface, it matched our needs remarkably well. Their integrated ATS performs with remarkable speed and functionality, while their candidate sourcing capabilities are genuinely a powerhouse that consistently delivers. Having evaluated numerous other solutions over time, I can say this has been the most effective for us. Almost everything we need to accomplish is presented on a single screen, eliminating the need to click through ten different pages to complete a task which saves our team a substantial amount of time. Customer support has been outstanding as well, consistently responsive and helpful.

All good, I rely on advanced search, a comprehensive database, the built-in ATS and the "get contacts" feature.
Cons
This is excellent software for all kinds of vacancies and because I do worldwide recruiting with candidates coming from numerous locations, it fully covers my needs, the functionalities I tap into most frequently are its search capabilities, the ATS, the extensive database and the ability to access candidates' personal contact details. As a result, I'm now able to contact virtually anyone directly by email, phone or through their social profiles which is something LinkedIn does not provide me with and I find this tool's pricing model to be far more reasonable than those of competing services while their customer support suits me much better, consequently I strongly recommend trying this tool, or at minimum requesting a demo version.

I find it inexpensive and it effectively covers every aspect of our workflow process, spanning the full range of tasks we handle.
Cons
Although my team and I adopted this software both personally and across our group, I appreciate that it bundles every essential function for recruiting and HR operations, from candidate search and ATS capabilities to BI dashboards and tools for coordinating team activities and the vendor has indicated it will expand into CRM functionality soon. In my role as head of recruitment I am able to oversee and regulate the workflows of all team members and I genuinely believe this offering represents a viable, cost-effective alternative to LinkedIn's paid services because it only costs me about 5k USD per year to cover all company users.
