What I love most is how incredibly reliable the LinkedIn email finder extension is. I’ve used several outbound prospecting tools, but SignalHire stands out as the best email finder because the data is actually verified. It integrates perfectly with my browser, making it a very accurate email finder for my daily tasks. It’s definitely my go-to email lookup tool now

I wish the monthly credit limits were a bit higher. Since it’s my main outbound prospecting tool and such an accurate email finder, I run out of credits faster than I’d like. Still, the data quality is unbeatable

When I was working as a researcher in executive search, the service supplied me with people's e-mail addresses which I found helpful for outreach and sourcing, however, if you enjoy dealing with customer service agents who fail to tell the difference between 'CAN'T' and 'don't WANT' and seem to conflate the two, then this company is the one for you!

My experience with their customer service was dreadful, I repeatedly failed to reach a live representative by phone and because the account's registered e-mail was an old workplace address to which I no longer had access, I was prevented from viewing or updating my payment details. They continued to bill my credit card until a charge finally succeeded, after which they told me they could not issue a refund for the $497 annual renewal despite acknowledging that the renewal had processed, although they did agree to cancel my membership as I had requested. This outcome came even though I had attempted to cancel the subscription just three business days after the billing cleared and after I became aware of it and because I could not access that outdated e-mail address I never received any renewal notices informing me that a charge was imminent.

I'm consistently impressed by their outstanding customer support and I find the platform provides reliable email and phone number information, while the LinkedIn integration works easily for my workflow.

Occasionally I encounter profiles where contact details are incomplete or missing which can be frustrating when I'm trying to reach specific individuals.

Honestly, I find it extremely easy to pull leads straight from LinkedIn which helps our sales pipeline expand without incurring high expenses and because it's so smooth in operation it integrates with a browser extension for quick use, additionally, the complimentary credits provided are reasonably enough so we are able to plan our budget in advance whether we ultimately opt for a paid subscription or not based on our forecasts.

Recently I discontinued using the product because the privacy terms tied to its Chrome extension raised serious concerns for me, after beginning a new job the company's cybersecurity group pointed out that among the permissions the extension requests are rights to access sensitive authentication information, including saved passwords and PIN numbers, which frankly shocked me and upon learning that I immediately ceased using the extension. I now need to set aside time to contact their customer support to get clarification and a satisfactory explanation and even before any response it felt to me like a real breach of trust that undermined my confidence in the service.

From my perspective, all aspects of the product are remarkably easy to use and they deliver genuinely helpful features that simplify the many routine tasks I encounter while recruiting.

Right from the start, the support team has been excellent and our account manager has even connected us with new clients which has helped us grow faster and bring in more revenue. On the technical side, this software gives us everything we need to consistently generate high-quality leads for our clients. We've been able to send leads into any client API and the option to deliver them through SMS, email and Google Sheets has definitely helped us win deals faster. The real-time reporting is very useful, the webhooks are impressive and we've also recently started remarketing to our data to increase profits even more.

This is a hard section to fill out because we usually don't run into problems. The only thing I've asked for lately is a mobile app for checking stats while away from my desk. Since it's really a desktop-based platform, it's not something I'd actively use from my phone right now. A mobile version with the key stats would be brilliant especially because I've become a bit obsessed with tracking our profit in real time.

As an HR professional who needs to recruit but lacks the advanced sourcing expertise of a dedicated recruiter, I find this tool handles much of the heavy lifting for me, making it an ideal and practical option in specific hiring scenarios.

I find the platform's job-posting syndication to be limited, so sourcing candidates becomes nearly the only activity that yields results. I also find it ineffective for lower-skilled trade positions, therefore when my plants require high-volume hiring I cannot expect much ROI from it. Roles need a great digital footprint because the tool mainly scans professional sites such as LinkedIn to identify prospects and generate relevant leads.

Although the idea appealed to me, I find there is really no consistent follow-through regarding the quality of the data I receive.

This tool returned 30% of my emails as "failed delivery" and of the 200 messages I dispatched only five were opened with two responses which as someone who recruits is unacceptable because this was a job alert, I get far better engagement through LinkedIn and the harm it does to an email sender's reputation makes this service unjustifiable since it appears to many recipients as spam, also when I try to save details into Job Projects after creating them the entries do not persist, indicating some glitch a strange persistent issue.
