I’ve used several outbound prospecting tools, but SignalHire stands out as the best email finder because the data is actually verified. It integrates perfectly with my browser, making it a very accurate email finder for my daily tasks. It’s definitely my go-to email lookup tool now
Cons
I wish the monthly credit limits were a bit higher. Since it’s my main outbound prospecting tool and such an accurate email finder, I run out of credits faster than I’d like. Still, the data quality is unbeatable.

When I was working as a researcher in executive search, the service supplied me with people's e-mail addresses which I found helpful for outreach and sourcing, however, if you enjoy dealing with customer service agents who fail to tell the difference between 'CAN'T' and 'don't WANT' and seem to conflate the two, then this company is the one for you!
Cons
My experience with their customer service was dreadful, I repeatedly failed to reach a live representative by phone and because the account's registered e-mail was an old workplace address to which I no longer had access, I was prevented from viewing or updating my payment details. They continued to bill my credit card until a charge finally succeeded, after which they told me they could not issue a refund for the $497 annual renewal despite acknowledging that the renewal had processed, although they did agree to cancel my membership as I had requested. This outcome came even though I had attempted to cancel the subscription just three business days after the billing cleared and after I became aware of it and because I could not access that outdated e-mail address I never received any renewal notices informing me that a charge was imminent.

Recently I discontinued using the product because the privacy terms tied to its Chrome extension raised serious concerns for me, after beginning a new job the company's cybersecurity group pointed out that among the permissions the extension requests are rights to access sensitive authentication information, including saved passwords and PIN numbers, which frankly shocked me and upon learning that I immediately ceased using the extension. I now need to set aside time to contact their customer support to get clarification and a satisfactory explanation and even before any response it felt to me like a real breach of trust that undermined my confidence in the service.

Although the idea appealed to me, I find there is really no consistent follow-through regarding the quality of the data I receive.

This tool returned 30% of my emails as "failed delivery" and of the 200 messages I dispatched only five were opened with two responses which as someone who recruits is unacceptable because this was a job alert, I get far better engagement through LinkedIn and the harm it does to an email sender's reputation makes this service unjustifiable since it appears to many recipients as spam, also when I try to save details into Job Projects after creating them the entries do not persist, indicating some glitch a strange persistent issue.

In my experience the platform houses a substantial volume of data that could prove valuable to numerous companies that depend on a data processor, offering a broad dataset that appears promising, that said, much of the information is limited to email addresses only and I estimate that roughly thirty percent of those email contacts are unreachable.
Cons
I've found that the system still charges a credit even when the result contains no usable contact details and only returns an inactive LinkedIn profile which feels like paying for nothing, moreover, customer support has been disappointing because on several occasions I was billed multiple times for the same transaction and have had to spend twenty to thirty minutes each time on calls or messages to get the duplicate charges refunded and the situation rectified.

Having trialed this tool, I must say I've been quite impressed by the depth and accuracy of profile data available which has been particularly useful as I proactively headhunt senior talent in the technology sector and need current contact and career information, although I haven't explored the ATS features because our organization already uses an ATS/CRM, the applicant tracking side appears easy and would be an excellent asset for a recruitment agency that is still in startup mode. I also appreciate the analytics capabilities which allow me to gauge a candidate's likelihood of moving roles and the algorithms powering those insights seem great and well-tuned, overall, the product is easy to navigate and integrates nicely alongside an existing ATS/CRM. Having used aggregators such as Connectifier, 3sourcing and Open Web in the past, I can say this tool stacks up favorably and their customer service has been fast to respond and genuinely helpful when I've reached out. For these reasons, I would recommend it as a valuable supplementary tool for sourcing top technology talent.

This is excellent software for all kinds of vacancies and because I do worldwide recruiting with candidates coming from numerous locations, it fully covers my needs, the functionalities I tap into most frequently are its search capabilities, the ATS, the extensive database and the ability to access candidates' personal contact details. As a result, I'm now able to contact virtually anyone directly by email, phone or through their social profiles which is something LinkedIn does not provide me with and I find this tool's pricing model to be far more reasonable than those of competing services while their customer support suits me much better, consequently I strongly recommend trying this tool, or at minimum requesting a demo version.

Although my team and I adopted this software both personally and across our group, I appreciate that it bundles every essential function for recruiting and HR operations, from candidate search and ATS capabilities to BI dashboards and tools for coordinating team activities and the vendor has indicated it will expand into CRM functionality soon.
