Pros

What I appreciate most about this tool is the speed with which it uncovers correct mobile phone numbers and email contacts which has spared me several days that I would otherwise have spent on manual research, the interface is simple and the consistent, dependable findings have substantially simplified my prospecting efforts.

Cons

Occasionally I find the pricing somewhat steep, yet because the results are consistently accurate and of high quality, the overall value that I receive still justifies the expense for my needs.

Poor service and billing issue

Pros

When I was working as a researcher in executive search, the service supplied me with people's e-mail addresses which I found helpful for outreach and sourcing, however, if you enjoy dealing with customer service agents who fail to tell the difference between 'CAN'T' and 'don't WANT' and seem to conflate the two, then this company is the one for you!

Cons

My experience with their customer service was dreadful, I repeatedly failed to reach a live representative by phone and because the account's registered e-mail was an old workplace address to which I no longer had access, I was prevented from viewing or updating my payment details. They continued to bill my credit card until a charge finally succeeded, after which they told me they could not issue a refund for the $497 annual renewal despite acknowledging that the renewal had processed, although they did agree to cancel my membership as I had requested. This outcome came even though I had attempted to cancel the subscription just three business days after the billing cleared and after I became aware of it and because I could not access that outdated e-mail address I never received any renewal notices informing me that a charge was imminent.
