“strong compliance for europe

Pros

The compliance and policy support here is really strong, which works especially great in a Scandinavian or European context. The templates, guidelines and legal updates they provide save a ton of time and really help reduce risk for us.

Cons

No complaint from my side, everything has a clear structure which I really appreciate. All the handbooks, policies and HR processes live in one logical place making it easy for both HR and employees to find what they need.

“Terrible termination experience

Pros

It is a UX friendly app with a customizable way to collect feedback from your crew which makes getting their input much easier but we don't use it anymore.

Cons

We have been a customer of Simployer for many years but we recently had a very poor experience when trying to terminate our agreement. It was frustrating.

“Good survey app but we need more analysis and access flexibility

Pros

I really like the playfulness of the survey functionality with all the colors and icons. It is also nice that you can use the app to answer questions instead of being stuck at a computer. I am happy with the support we receive from Simployer overall. The system feels simple and is easy to use.

Cons

I would really appreciate more analysis functionality so I could slice and dice the results in more ways. It would also be really useful to be able to analyze correlations between the answers to different questions. The access packages are quite rigid as well meaning you cannot give employees partial access to specific teams. They either get full admin access or only their own user access with nothing in between.

“great product expansion and events

Pros

The constant expansion of their products, the events they organize and the webinars or trainings they offer are all great. It is really a full package once you start partnering with them.

Cons

Not much really though maybe the absence of a masterclass on how to use the tool to get the most out of all the functionalities?

It can be difficult to integrate with other systems when you need everything to work together.
