The interface looks clean and the UI feels pretty basic from what I saw, though I didn't get much time to explore it in depth.
Cons
The verification process was overly complicated, requiring a lot of personal and business details, including credit card information, just to post a single job. After I started reviewing applicants, my account was unexpectedly deactivated. When I contacted support for clarification, they asked for the same business information again without offering any clear reason. This left potential candidates in limbo and reflected poorly on my professionalism. What's frustrating is they had no issue charging me to view applicants and collecting my data upfront but disabled my account midway without any notice. It felt like a bait-and-switch and taking my money first, then creating issues later.

Honestly, I can't find any positives here. My account got set up and verified but then they shut it down within three days without giving me any explanation.
Cons
The sign-up process demanded far too much personal information under the guise of verification. After going through all the necessary steps and getting verified, my account was deactivated without any explanation. When I reached out to customer support, they completely ignored my emails. What's more they even charge for viewing applicant interest, which feels more like a dating app model, completely absurd.

“simplified job search process”
Pros
The filtering options are awesome! I can narrow down searches by when jobs were posted, whether they're full-time or part-time, salary ranges and even the distance from my location. Overall, my experience has been really positive and the interface definitely makes job hunting a lot easier compared to other platforms I've tried.
Cons
The only issue I have is the absence of a "Past 3 Days" filter option. If they added this feature to display jobs posted within the last three days, it would easily become the leading job search platform.

For the price we're paying, I expected better candidate matching to our job postings but that didn't really happen.
Cons
Customer service is disappointing, it took days to get a response. The pricing is exorbitant at $35 per candidate especially when there's no guarantee they'll respond or show up for interviews. My account was shut down while I was in the middle of interviewing candidates and when I reached out for assistance, they simply stated my account was "unsuitable" without providing any specific details. Despite having verified everything and adhering to all guidelines, they terminated my account after I paid to access candidates. This unprofessional conduct makes other, more affordable platforms much more appealing.

Pros
I'm really impressed with how thorough the candidate screening process is. The video interview scheduling feature is a game-changer and it makes coordinating so much easier. Posting jobs and updating descriptions happens really quickly without any issues. It has been great at connecting us with local talent which has been really helpful for our hiring needs.
Cons
It could benefit from including quick troubleshooting tips for job seekers to resolve common search issues they may encounter.

Pros
Me and my team was able to post 10 job listings at no cost and received applications for several of them.
Cons
Since Indeed took over the platform, customer support has pretty much vanished. No one ever responds to my messages and there are no paid upgrade options available. The user permissions keep glitching, which makes the whole experience frustrating and unreliable.

The interface is friendly and it's very easy to use.
Cons
The search results tend to be outdated. I often encounter job listings that are 8-9 months old and clearly no longer available. In today's competitive job market, I need fresh postings from the last few hours or days, not outdated listings that have been sitting for weeks.
