“Great Interface with Solid Support”
Pros
The interface looks clean and works well for both HR teams and employees. Once we got everything set up, we could dive right in without any problems. What stands out the most for me is their customer support. The team's always there when I need help and their after-sales service has been great too.
Cons
The interface can get outdated with all the features packed into one dashboard. I know they're working on redesigning it, though, so I'm looking forward to seeing the updates. Thankfully, whenever we've had issues, their support team has been quick to help out.

“Reliable HRIS with Great Features”
Pros
I really appreciate how they keep adding fresh features with each update and actually listen to what we have to say. It's so convenient to add or remove staff members and tracking who's signed policies or who hasn't makes my job a lot easier.
Cons
It can get slow at times which is really frustrating. When we add new users or employees, it lags a lot even though it's supposed to handle large amounts of data easily.

“Amazing functionality for the price”
Pros
The hiring workflow is easy here. I just post a position and it automatically sorts candidates by pulling skills and experience straight from their resumes. I can send assessment invitations with a couple of clicks and the AI scoring helps me spot top performers. The whole process flows smoothly from start to finish.
Cons
Sometimes the assessment link throws an error or shows "not found" when candidates try to access it. It stops them from taking the test which is annoying. Luckily, it doesn't happen often but it's still a pain when it does.

“Smooth Interface with Clean Design”
Pros
The cross-platform functionality works really well. I can clock in using my phone or the biometric scanner and everything syncs up automatically to my dashboard and payroll without any issues.
Cons
The mobile app occasionally gets my location wrong. It'll say I'm not in the office when I actually am and it ends up marking my attendance as remote instead of on-site.

Pros
It's works great for both candidates and our team. The AI does a great job filtering through applicants and helping us make smarter hiring decisions. Plus, it's not just for recruitment and we've started using it for planning employee development too.
Cons
I haven't found any real downsides yet. We're still getting the hang of things and I think we need more time using it to build up our data and see the full value.
