Pros

This software is easy to use for watching training videos and taking skill assessments.

Cons

Occasionally, the videos take too long to buffer, and if a video gets stuck, you have to restart it from the beginning. There is no option to resume from where you left off.

Pros

Everything can be pulled from a single system so there's no need to jump between different software just to get or confirm the data I need.

Cons

Integration has been convenient overall. The only downside which may just come down to user permissions, is that I'm limited in what I can view when I go into certain sections.

Right from the start it felt very user friendly. I didn't need to spend much time figuring out how it works and even though it's simple to use, it still offers a lot of powerful features.

Pricing feels a bit on the higher side. It would be much better if the price were lower.

Some icons could be improved for a better user experience. For example, the save review icon still uses a floppy disk symbol and there is some inconsistency in how ratings are displayed. The rating shown at the top uses a star and a number up to 4, while users are expected to rate using four available stars.

I really liked that it works on an iPad and I found the team easy to work with. The platform itself was also very easy to use.
