Skima AI has many useful features that are easy to use in daily work. I can also add candidate profiles manually, sync everything to the cloud, import records and connect smoothly with our ATS so data moves automatically. That makes building a candidate pool much simpler. Yes a few tools can be a bit confusing at first but customer support is reliable and patient as they took time to answer all my questions.

It sounds cliche but I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about it. As it's taken a lot of stress out of my work and made things faster. Some features can be a bit tricky to learn at first but the team always makes sure to answer any questions I have.
