Cons
Sometimes the reporting can feel overwhelming so I wish there were more one-click templates for weekly hiring metrics.

Pros
I really like that Skima AI brings back candidates from our past that we had overlooked. Plus the transparent match scores give me clear, understandable reasons for why each person is ranked the way they are. And its integrations automatically push candidate updates into our ATS and the analytics dashboard makes it easy for me to spot hiring trends and patterns.
Cons
The role-based permissions feel pretty basic. I feel like if there were more detailed access controls so hiring teams could get more tailored access and improve workflow management.

At my company we rely on Skima AI for AI-driven screening. Inmobi gets a huge number of applicants so we use it to automate our hiring process. We also received several tailored services that were quite good.
Cons
Learning the full platform was a bit of a hurdle as we ended up needing about 3 to 4 days of training to get comfortable with their entire software.

As a staffing agency, what I find most valuable is their Talent re-discovery tool as it pulls the best fits for a given JD and role straight out of our million-record database. For us that translates to roughly a 50% reduction in time spent on posting jobs and manually screening candidates.
Cons
I wouldn't call it a major drawback but it did take me and my team a few days to get comfortable using the software well. I think they could make this easier by improving onboarding and training materials.

What stands out to me is the AI screening as it's hands down the standout feature I've come across. Plus it makes screening and ranking candidates so quick and simple that I can now spend my time reaching out only to top talent.
Cons
At the moment I don't have any major negatives to point out however, adding an interview feature would help unify the workflow and make the whole hiring process more integrated.

During a 14 day free trial of Skima AI, what impressed me most was the resume parser and the saved match scores as they alone saved me about 4 to 5 hours a day. As a freelance recruiter at a startup, I also found the platform very effective and easy to use.
Cons
I only used the tool for 14 days because my freelance project wrapped up sooner than expected so I did not uncover many drawbacks. Still I wish there was an integrated Zoom-style VC interview option available.

Pros
This solution has dramatically lowered the amount of manual work I had to do for talent acquisition which has been a big time-saver. The support team made it much easier for me to understand the platform and get comfortable using it by guiding me through key features and workflows. Because candidates sometimes embellish their resumes, assessing them used to be a real challenge for us but its skill-evidence detection helps me identify people who have overstated their skills or experience so spotting exaggerations is far more reliable now.
Cons
It would be great if there were more detailed documentation covering the advanced features. Right now the guides feel a bit sparse so having more thorough docs would help me and other power users get more out of the platform.

One feature I find most useful is the AI-driven Chat Search as I simply type the role I'm hiring for along with other criteria and within minutes it surfaces the top candidates for me. This saved me a ton of time and made sourcing pretty easy.
Cons
Mostly I like almost everything about it as it's genuinely been a lifesaver for my recruiting work. That said there is a learning curve and it took me a while to become completely comfortable using all of its features so new users should expect some time to get up to speed.

However what really blew me away was their AI chat search which genuinely changes the recruiting workflow. I simply type in the job role I'm hiring for and the tool returns the top candidates within minutes, saving me loads of time. The resume parser also does a great job organizing candidate details which makes it much simpler for me to go through applications.
