The smooth integration between HR and payroll makes processing payments and remittances much easier. The interface is also very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

I believe there should be more options for managing personal information.

This was my first time using a system like this and it's been great to move away from handling paper files.

The license cost was quite high and the support team was not always available when we need it.

SmartHR system is very user-friendly and I was able to use it with little supervision. It helps me track progress and performance effectively.

I tend to forget my password easily so I often have to request a reset.

We are keeping up with the times by eliminating paper. Also the online leave application feature is a great step forward.

Cons

Well I find it much more expensive compared to other similar products available in the market.
