Managing job postings across multiple portals is simple and I value having all applicant tracking congreatated in one place.

Pros
Viewing applicants is feasible and I appreciate how clear the interface makes it.
Cons
It would be great if I could print resumes more easily, for example, while looking at the dashboard and scanning the applicants list, being able to right-click an applicant and immediately print their resume would be wonderful.

Pros
Campaign results with this tool have been consistently strong and I value the ability to tailor job postings to improve pre-interview alignment.
Cons
I noticed that when our listings were pushed out to several job boards our company branding was left off some of the ads. Fortunately, the support team moved quickly, they reached out to those sites and requested the addition of our logo and company details so our brand would appear properly.

Pros
By scoring candidates automatically, the software saves me time and I find it invaluable for focusing on applications most likely to be strong matches.
Cons
there aren't any drawbacks for me, it performs reliably. If I happen to not receive suitable applicants, customer support is quick to resend or relaunch the posting to attract new candidates.

I'm really impressed with how it generates detailed profiles for every candidate. From the job description and requirements it builds a personalized candidate summary, highlighting where someone might align or fall short and even proposes follow-up questions tailored to those points. The depth of insight it provides into each applicant is very comprehensive.
Cons
the number of applicants was lower than what I typically get from other major job boards and the candidate quality felt roughly the same.

the analytical reports they deliver on job candidates are outstanding. I find it an amazing resource when I'm recruiting candidates for open roles.
Cons
It feels like they altered how they publish job postings. Previously, our listings would pull in 30 to 40 replies per posting, with usually more than ten being strong fits for the role. In the last two times we used their service, however, we saw no more than five responses. Initially I assumed the tight labor market was to blame. Later we tested a rival platform that provides similar functionality and got back our normal 30 to 40 responses so it's clear the change wasn't due to market conditions.

Pros
For our team, I've noticed it consistently finds candidates who match the specific skills and experience we're after, assigns ratings to applicants and offers a more data-driven way to estimate each person's likelihood of succeeding in that role on our team.
Cons
Because the hiring process is largely virtual and there are many competing platforms, I can't ever be completely sure who we might be overlooking which leaves me concerned that potential great candidates could slip through the cracks.
