As a senior recruiter socialHire has made a noticeable impact on how we recruit and hire candidates. It makes social sourcing, recruiting and interviewing much simpler and it saves our team a lot of time throughout the process.
Cons
At the moment, I do not have any real complaints. There are just a few enhancements I would like to see added in the future to support the recruiting process even more.

“Best ATS for sourcing”
Pros
After working with a number of applicant tracking systems socialHire has easily been the best one I've used. It makes social sourcing simple and resume parsing works really well.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about. Every now and then a few features don't work because of technical issues but aside from that, it's a solid ATS.
