“campaign monitoring made simple
Pros
For me this tool makes it easy to monitor campaign progress and always tells me what the next steps are. It lets me juggle several campaigns at once without ever worrying about losing my place in any of them. I really like that it integrates with our Vincere system so everything transfers automatically which saves a huge amount of time. The interface is very simple and whenever I've needed help from customer support they've replied incredibly fast.
Cons
What I'd most like to see improved is the option to add the same person to more than one campaign at the same time. That capability is the single feature I'm still waiting for, until it's available, it feels like a missing piece in an otherwise great product.

“simple task automation
Pros
this tool is incredibly simple and I got the hang of it in roughly an hour. Once I mastered it, it took over the most tedious parts of my role, automating tasks that used to slow me down. It keeps a clear record of my sourcing progress and makes the follow-up steps easy. It's saved me countless hours entering contacts into our CRM and whenever I've needed help their support team responds lightning-fast and has been extremely helpful.
Cons
Honestly the main issue I have is that removing a contact from a campaign isn't as simple as it should be.

“sourcing efficiency boosted
Pros
For me the biggest strength of this tool is right in its name sourcing. It's completely reshaped my day-to-day recruiting routine by giving me access to contacts I couldn't reach before. What used to be a stalled list of candidates missing phone numbers or social profiles has turned into an active pool of interested people. I've literally opened Pandora's box with this tool, it has massively multiplied my capacity to find, reach out to and ultimately convert prospects.
Cons
I can't think of a single feature I dislike about it. Seriously, there isn't one.

“great for crm integration
Pros
What I love is that it integrates both SalesNav and my CRM making sending sequences much more efficient and less time-consuming. I also appreciate the AI that scores my emails and helps me craft them so I'm always learning and improving.
Cons
I'd like it if the platform allowed me to send single emails and follow-ups directly from within the tool because right now I can't perform those actions without leaving the app.

What I really value is how it slashes the amount of manual work I have to do. The interface is so simple and simple that using it feels natural and it frees up a huge chunk of my time every single day, in my line of work, saving minutes translates directly into money. It plugged into our technology stack without any fuss and has become part of my everyday workflow. Whenever something does go wrong, the support crew are quick to jump in and sort it out.
Cons
Honestly there's very little I can complain about, it's an extremely handy tool that I rely on every single day and it genuinely makes my routines much smoother.

Pros
This has cut down the time I spend messaging leads dramatically and it keeps every contact organized in a single place so I don't lose track.
Cons
My main worry is that some of the messages I send might get labeled as spam although in practice that rarely causes issues and most campaigns go through fine.

Pros
We initially tried the tool for BDR work and ran into challenges because our customers and candidates were atypical which made the fit rough. That said as an ATS and a Candidate Relationship Management platform it actually handles things quite well. In particular, it's really effective if a large portion of your candidate pool is already active on LinkedIn.
Cons
I'm annoyed by the login setup since it forces social authentication.

“Automation saves recruitment time

As the owner of a recruitment firm, this tool has honestly given me back so much time. Because of the automation, I can finally put energy into all the other things owners soon realise are vital but that often get shoved to the bottom of the list, I hadn't appreciated how long some of those tasks take based on my previous sales role before running the business. Now I can kick off a campaign and then concentrate on marketing, building the website, posting on LinkedIn and sorting out the accounts without falling back into 14-hour workdays. One of my favourite bits, as someone who enjoys the hunt, is the hotlist, seeing how often people open emails is MASSIVE. It lets me pick exactly who deserves my attention rather than chasing everyone at random so I start with the people who've viewed the most when I make my first call. I also really value the AI step creation: I map out my own flows but the AI does the heavy lifting. That's saved me from the burnout I used to get from constantly writing long, rambling outreach emails. I wouldn't stop using this tool.
Cons
Because mobile numbers are missing for many contacts, I find responses take longer and I notice wasted credits when the system tries personal addresses.

I've found this tool to be one of those rare platforms that actually lives up to its promises, it speeds up outreach, personalizes at scale and doesn't make you feel like you're spamming the whole internet. For me it feels like a supercharged sourcing assistant that ties into our CRM, browser, LinkedIn, email and almost into my thought process. I can launch multichannel sequences in a few clicks, track open rates, run A/B tests on messaging and everything syncs neatly with our ATS. The integrations with LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook and the rest are feasible, building multichannel sequences is easy, the automation never comes across as robotic and real-time analytics genuinely help me improve. It saves HOURS each week and if you care about candidate engagement and want to avoid burning out your sourcing team with endless manual follow-ups, I absolutely think this tool is worth it. It's become a central part of how we attract and convert top talent especially in competitive markets.

I did encounter a slight learning curve but I found the support team great and helpful throughout.

“Exceptional outreach automation
Pros
Outreach automation here is exceptional. It's easy to configure, simple to automate and refine and it removes outreach from my weekly to-do list entirely. Because of that, I can concentrate completely on doing high-quality research while messages are launched and tailored in a way I trust without needing to micromanage. I rely on it daily, it has replaced MixMax in my workflow except for the daily templates I still keep elsewhere. Integrating it takes some initial effort to weave into the way my team works but that setup is pretty feasible. The tool really transforms how I handle outreach so the upfront effort to implement it correctly makes sense. I haven't had to reach out to support but the onboarding crew that helped our firm was excellent.
Cons
LinkedIn integrations are always a bit of a tough and having to watch the tool's website for replies and manually flag people as interested or not is far from ideal. That workflow can lead to duplicate outreach when someone has already agreed to a conversation. Also, the way the tool handles being added to multiple projects feels somewhat awkward. I get that it's there to avoid spamming candidates but I think there should be a smoother option or the ability to tailor the behavior by company.
