“user-friendly for engagement
Pros
Honestly this platform is very easy to use and helps me get far more out of my outreach than I expected. Because my role involves delivering recruitment training to consultants, I'm not typically using it to directly contact candidates or chase potential clients but I do leverage it to connect with the platform's users to drive engagement, maintain steady communications and collect testimonials, all of which are incredibly valuable in my work as a customer success executive. I've definitely noticed strong results from using it.
Cons
If there's one annoyance, it's having to manually pause outreach to consultants after they've clicked a link or completed a form but still haven't replied to any of my emails which is a bit tedious.

“aligned recruitment workflow
Pros
I've found this platform has completely changed how I approach recruitment business development. It's incredibly simple with a neat, uncluttered layout and getting started required very little training. The automated MPC delivery to prospects saves me hours and the auto-task feature makes sure follow-ups, calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, happen on time and stay organized. Having multi-channel outreach congreatated in one spot, plus smooth CRM synchronization and intelligent analytics that monitor client engagement, is invaluable. Their support team is outstanding as well.
Cons
Sometimes when I'm juggling a large number of campaigns at the same time, the system can feel a bit sluggish. Still, in my experience this is a fairly small annoyance given all the time-saving features and overall advantages the platform delivers.

“Multichannel sequences boost responses
Pros
Over the past six months I've relied on this platform for outreach and it's honestly transformed how we reach prospects. I fell in love with the interface early on. We saw a significant lift in response rates especially from second and third-follow-ups. What really stood out was the multichannel capability: we could begin a sequence on LinkedIn and, if prospects didn't reply, automatically send an email a few days later. The way the sequences can be tailored gave us the consistency we needed without sounding repetitive. On top of that, the analytics are extremely helpful, being able to see which days and times performed best let me refine our approach. I would recommend this tool to anyone serious about boosting outreach results.
Cons
Learning the software can take a little time before you figure out the best way to set up campaigns but I found that's pretty normal when getting comfortable with any new tool.

“simple candidate sourcing
Pros
platform is incredibly simple, my team and I were able to start sourcing candidates almost immediately and didn't have a learning curve. Its search filters let us pinpoint qualified prospects quickly without having to wade through irrelevant profiles. Integration with our existing ATS went smoothly and felt feasible. The Chrome extension saves us a huge amount of time when sourcing and the platform's data insights give us a clear way to track our sourcing effectiveness. I also value that candidate information is kept up-to-date automatically and the support team replies promptly whenever we need help.
Cons
not a con but I wish there were more flexible options for tagging candidates after we've been in touch because the current choices feel too limited for our workflow.

“All-in-one workflow asset
Pros
For our team, this tool has become a multi-functional asset that slots perfectly into our workflow. Honestly it feels like a swiss-army-knife! With so many options out there, I've found it offers an impressive mix of features for sequencing, messaging, documentation and sourcing contacts. We've jumped into quite a few of its capabilities, experimenting with new functions as they've evolved over the past few years. We're able to keep our existing tools and you barely notice a massive platform in the middle of them, except for the boost in efficiency and outcomes. I've seen an uptick in income-generating activities that translate to higher revenue. While much of the interface is simple, they also give thorough onboarding and engagement support to make sure we realize the value.
Cons
can't find anything to criticize. Everyone I've interacted with at the company has been consistently professional, every employee we've worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable and excellent at what they do which speaks volumes about their work culture.

“clear contact stage tracking
Pros
I like how this app keeps my contacts sorted and clearly shows what stage each person is in, along with the next actions I should take to move them forward. Managing campaign calls, emails and messages across such a massive list can feel overwhelming, yet this platform aligns those chores so much that handling them ends up feeling like ticking boxes off a to-do list. I also find the dashboard's rich data really helpful, particularly the ability to monitor opens and click activity for campaigns. That visibility makes spotting which tactics work and which fail so much easier so I can tweak my strategy in real-time and improve outcomes. Also, I like the hotlist feature especially the alerts that notify me right away when a hotlist contact is removed from a campaign.
Cons
Previously I mentioned being frustrated by how hard it was to sync contact information between Bullhorn, this platform and LinkedIn directly. Luckily, a lot of those issues appear to be fixed now so props to the team! I like that the insights, jobs and AI tabs are added since they're far easier to reach while I'm on calls. That information is genuinely helpful and simple to get to.
