The limitation relates to the LI license but I really wish the app could send LIs directly. I also get frustrated that when an address bounces the contact remains on my list instead of being removed automatically. I've reached out to the backend team, yet I've noticed that even when an email is present, certain tools still fail to send. I'm also annoyed that I can't search phone numbers in my contact bar, typing numbers returns nothing which is really inconvenient. Finally I'd love a quick note button next to the interested or not interested tags after a call that would sync the note to my CRM so I don't have to open it separately.

Managing campaign calls, emails and messages across such a massive list can feel overwhelming, yet this platform aligns those chores so much that handling them ends up feeling like ticking boxes off a to-do list. I also find the dashboard's rich data really helpful, particularly the ability to monitor opens and click activity for campaigns. That visibility makes spotting which tactics work and which fail so much easier so I can tweak my strategy in real-time and improve outcomes. Also, I like the hotlist feature especially the alerts that notify me right away when a hotlist contact is removed from a campaign.
Cons
Previously I mentioned being frustrated by how hard it was to sync contact information between Bullhorn, this platform and LinkedIn directly. Luckily, a lot of those issues appear to be fixed now so props to the team! I like that the insights, jobs and AI tabs are added since they're far easier to reach while I'm on calls. That information is genuinely helpful and simple to get to.
