Once you become familiar with Sprigg and utilize its full potential, it becomes an excellent tool for setting and managing goals and development plans. I also appreciate the worksheet feature.
Cons
The process of attaching documents, such as certificates, to goals can be cumbersome. This feature could use some improvements.
