“Keeps everything organized

Pros

I like this tool because it helps me keep everything organized. Plus it integrates really smoothly with my Quickbooks Online which is a huge bonus for me.

Cons

I like everything about this software. I am going to keep using it unless QuickBooks finally comes out with a payroll solution that's actually better than this.

“easy use but employee app confusing

Pros

It's super easy to use and the reports are exactly what I need to see. Honestly the reminders alone have saved me so many times from missing something important.

Cons

Okay I need some serious help. I cannot figure out how to use the employee app to submit time cards to Square. I've just been typing everything directly into it instead of using the phone app which kind of defeats the purpose. I definitely need some training on this. Does anyone know if they actually have a phone number I can call for customer service?

“Comprehensive small biz solution

Pros

I am a big fan of how comprehensive it is. Its like a solid solution that can help a business grow whether you are selling online or in person. Payments are fast, too.

Cons

Honestly I have not found a single thing I like the least. It's all good to me.

“Simple payroll

Pros

It is just fast, easy to use and most importantly, it actually works without any drama.

Cons

only downside for me is that it takes four days after I process payroll for my employees to actually get paid. They said you can apply to get it shortened to two days so I should probably look into that.

I find it really efficient and interactive to use. And on the rare occasion I've needed help, the customer service has been great.

Cons

Nothing at all�.it's just a great product. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Actually I use it because my boss pays me through it for my tutoring gig. I love getting a notification right when my paycheck hits...it's such a nice feeling!

I think it is great honestly. I don't feel like anything is missing and I don't have any suggestions for improvements. It does what I need it to do.

It is pretty much the go-to for small biz finances so using their payroll just feels right for my business. Even if there's a little hiccup here or there it still makes sense to use it.

If you are not super tech-savvy getting payroll set up and activated can be kind of difficult. It took me a minute to figure it out.

Pros

The software keeps it simple when I need to process payroll. I also like that the app connects easily to my other bank accounts for moving money around.

It is a little outdated compared to all the new apps out there that have innovated with modern technology.

Pros

It is quick and easy from setup to running payroll. The reports are perfect for me and my payrolls are always on time and accurate. I've never had an issue with state or federal reporting either, it's always right on the money.

WE REALLY NEED AN ACCOUNTANT LOGIN FEATURE! Seriously. And I need a way to customize the weekly summary so I can just load it into my client's bookkeeping. I need one sheet that breaks down all the Federal and local withholdings like Employer FICA, Employee FICA, Federal Unemployment, State Unemployment and State withholding. It needs to be right there on the summary sheet for bookkeeping purposes.

I just love the app. It makes a potentially stressful task so easy and honestly makes my life way simpler.

Cons

There is absolutely nothing that I don't like about the app. It's perfect for me.

It's easy to use, the layout is clean and nothing about it is confusing. I just know I can rely on it to get the job done right.

I do wish the reporting functions were a little more flexible but honestly I really like how smooth and simple it is right now.

Using this tool made it really simple for me to track my payments and actually receive them.

Honestly? Once I started using Airbase instead I never looked back. Square is fine but I found that Airbase just has better functionality for what I need.

“Mobile payroll access made easy

Pros

It's so nice being able to access all my payroll info right from an app on my phone. It's a good way to track different things like sick days, leave and pay all in one spot.

Cons

Look, every piece of tech has its drawbacks and occasional glitches but I feel like those have been pretty limited with this app. It takes a little time to figure out where everything is located but once you do, it's super easy to use.

“amazing features!

Pros

The Direct Deposit feature makes paying my employees super smooth and easy. And come tax season, the W-2 prep saves me, I can send them all right from the app. But honestly the Vacation and Leave tracking might be the ultimate feature, it's made my bookkeeping so much more productive.

Cons

I am sure over time it will roll out a more aesthetically pleasing interface but honestly I don't really have any cons to list right now. It works.

“User-friendly but not always needed

Pros

I found it really simple to pick up and use. It was not hard to learn at all.

Cons

I'll be honest I don't use it super frequently because it does always come in handy for the type of work I'm doing.
