As a small business, the most important features for us are holiday planning, booking, and the shared calendar, sickness record and Bradford Factor score, goals, and appraisals. We appreciate that the product is tailored to suit the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, avoiding unnecessary complexity. We only pay for what we truly need. Importantly, the support service is outstanding and personable, perfectly suited to the needs of SMEs.

Cons

I would appreciate more dynamic reporting features and a wider selection of reports. I've been assured that these improvements are on the way. In the meantime, if I can't access a specific type of report I need, I can always reach out to support, and they will generate the report for me.
