“Best partnership and collaboration experience
Pros
I was really impressed by how professional everything was. The staff definitely knew what they were doing and it showed in every interaction.
Cons
The price is high but I guess you get what you pay for, so I can't complain too much about it.

“Good Tool with Minor Issues
Pros
I'm amazed at how easy this platform is to set up and use, anyone on our team can get started right away. The support team has been amazing too, always quick to respond and provide helpful solutions. The feature set is easy and the interface is so flexible that everyone uses it regularly. It's now a key part of our workflow.
Cons
I can't really complain since everything works fine but there are a few features I wish were available right now. The good thing is, I've heard they're working on these missing pieces, so I'm hopeful they'll be here soon.

“Excellent support with personalized features
Pros
The setup is easy and there are tons of useful features that don't feel overwhelming. Customer support has been amazing especially during the planning and implementation stages and they really guide you through everything.
Cons
It doesn't always fit well with specific business needs and it feels like a one size fits all at times.

“Great tool with unlimited potential
Pros
Adding team members is simple and there's so many template options to choose from. The creative possibilities seem endless! The support team has been awesome, Tamiko, Maddie, Lorne and Andres were amazing with their help.
Cons
The email organization could really use some improvement. I'd love more folder options to manage sent messages and ones still waiting to go out.

“Top tool for team communication
Pros
UI is user friendly and we can customize almost everything ourselves to fit our needs. Support has been fantastic, during our app launch, they were very helpful and they're always friendly when we need help.
Cons
Managing individual user profiles can be a bit of a challenge for me but bulk updates through data imports work really well when dealing with large groups.

“Amazing support team experience
Pros
The customer support here is just amazing. From the first phone calls to setup and ongoing check ins, I've felt fully supported every step of the way. The team is helpful and really knows their stuff and they made sure everything went smoothly during the rollout.
Cons
The intranet section has its limitations especially with how landing pages and news pages are kept separate which can cause some workflow issues. Their product team is really open to feedback though, so I'm hopeful they'll work on fixing these down the road.
