Pros

This product really manages everything and removes all the awkward parts of traditional referral programs. No more messy spreadsheets, confusing email chains or wondering where things stand. I can easily log in and monitor the status of my referrals in real time which takes so much guesswork out of the process. It's simple, transparent and actually makes me want to stay engaged. Definitely a huge upgrade from how referral programs used to run.

Okay so.... I can monitor the referrals my team members make and I also appreciate seeing who still needs to be paid. I find the system clearly shows each referral's journey from referred to placed to paid.

Setting it up took a bit of time before we felt comfortable. After everyone received the right training and came onboard we now see it as another useful tool that supports growing and managing our field team.

What frustrates me is that candidates aren't forced to add any details about their skills or even upload a resume and I also see they can dodge required fields, like their phone number, simply by entering zeros which makes the data unreliable.

For me the software is simple to navigate and use. I found setup easy and the price turned out to be far lower than I expected.

It would be great if it would connect to our ATS and also notify us when an employee becomes eligible for the referral bonus. At this stage most tasks are handled manually which is understandable given it's such a newly launched piece of software but it would save us time if automated.
