“comprehensive HR Solution with Automation
Pros
Setup process was easy for us. It's got everything we need to manage our whole HR department. What I really love is how customizable the interface is and it makes it so much easier for our team to work the way we want. I can configure both existing and new data without any issue and having everything in one place really helps me pull what I need quickly. Communication between HR and employees is smooth and the self-service portal for employees is awesome. The implementation was easy and the system is simple to use. Automation features are great and it integrates well with other tools. Everything is securely organized and customer support has been fantastic. They're always quick to respond and super helpful.
Cons
The reporting features are complicated and could use some improvement. There aren't many options for pulling data out and making any changes in the system feels like a trouble.

“Fast & flexible implementation with good support
Pros
The implementation was so logical and helped us go live way faster than other system rollouts I've experienced. The flexibility of this system is amazing, we can customize it to our needs and add new modules as we go but it also comes with plenty of built-in functionality so we didn't need to spend much time setting it up. Their customer service blew me away. After a major power outage, they managed to rebuild our entire system with all custom programming in just 3 days. We were down on Friday and fully back up and running by Monday. I'm genuinely impressed with the product and the team. They've been nothing but professional and accommodating and I'd definitely recommend this to anyone.
Cons
Biggest issue I've had is that first-level tech support sometimes thinks the problem is a simple user error when it's actually something more complicated. We also had a rough transition from implementation to ongoing support, especially after a power outage set us back. But the senior team was great and they really took the time to work with us and find a solution.

“confusing Interface Design
Pros
Their support team is always very responsive whenever we need to submit tickets. It happens often and they're always quick to help.
Cons
Running and finding reports can be annoying and the process isn't the easiest to follow. Also, I think there should be a system where employees can approve their time entries before managers can access them. The current setup is causing some issues.

Pros
Navigation is somewhat easy to figure out. The screens are clear and simple to read, making it a bit easy.
Cons
Making adjustments in the system can be tough and sometimes frustrating.
